I hope Josh keeps up with the podcasts. I love PH and enjoy AOPC even more.
I'd imagine he had to go through a lot to get this so the Strictly bosses must have seen that he suits the role. I'd never have thought he suited it either but I'm sure he'll be great. September will be interesting!Love Josh but don’t think he’s the right fit for Strictly unfortunately. Something like ITT may suit him better. I’ll definitely be watching and hoping to be proved wrong though
I think Josh is a great broadcaster - between radio and TLL he’s got lots of experience of live. There’s already so much on X writing him off before the whole thing has even begun
Well he beat the likes of Rylan & Zoe Ball so he must of smashed the interview process
They aren’t old enough to go to the live show…but I imagine they’ll be regular at the kids rehearsal!With their kids, who they NEVER show anywhere

He’s definitely the one I’ve seen the most comments about, but maybe that’s because I’m looking for his name. I think he’ll be great, he’s a fan, he knows live tv and he’s not offensive- ie family friendly. What’s there to be concerned about?!

Reminds me a little of how everyone was relentlessly snarky about SNL UK for the months before it released and then had to admit that, at the very worst, it wasn’t that bad.

The Strictly thread has literally gone from Tess being the worst thing ever, to all nostalgic about her. Because we’re all hypocrites and don’t like change.
Tess was absolutely slated on there. Now she's irreplaceable. This trio could be amazing and you'll still have people complaining.

So pleased for Josh. Haters gonna hate but I think he’s a good fit- he’s a fan of the show, funny, good with people, experienced at live TV. Hope he smashes it!

Tess was a bit robotic and lacking in personality, in a way that the three new presenters definitely are not! I think they will be great - both Emma and Josh have extensive experience in live tv presenting and will be fine. I will say to Tess’s absolute credit she was was superb behind the scenes - the ultimate professional (having been to the live SCD a couple of times over the years) but it was time for change and I look forward to seeing what JW brings to the show.
