However he has lost weight he isn't looking healthy which would suggest that the method used has been drastic!

I wouldn’t be overly surprised if there was some Ozempic going on, he has said a lot that he tends to just get more compact when he’s on it with food and exercise rather than looking noticeably thinner. However, some of it will also be the angle/zoom out on that video, if you look at the one from two weeks ago he looks a lot more like his ‘normal’ self and can’t believe there has been that drastic a change in that time… perhaps a combo of angle plus stress with Lou being unwell has made this one clip look more extreme than what we would see in person.

I haven’t listened to PH in ages and haven’t been on this thread for the same amount of time but the reason I stopped listening was because of how much of an a Rob could be! He really must have changed it everyone is picking up on it now. He went down a lot in my estimation when the book was coming out. i cant remember exactly what he said but he went on a rant about how everyone should put their hands in their pockets and buy the book, its not that expensive, they do the podcast for free, its the least the listeners can do… the tone of the rant was not pleasant and for someone who bangs on about being working class he should know its not easy for everyone to splurge on a tit book!

I think it’s the angle. He really doesn’t look like that in other recent videos/pictures.
I get the feeling Lou has always been slim - she's got a cracking set of pins on her!
When was he on the One Show? He posted the reel about a week ago, but there is a massive difference between him on that video and the one posted in here - which makes me think it's a lot to do with the angle/lighting.

I’d be really surprised if he were using weight loss jabs. He wants to be more muscular and that involves (as he has told us!) lots of protein and nutrients as well as the gym work.
Would it not be possible to do both?
It’s possible but wouldn’t really make sense unless were you seriously overweight - Rob wasn’t, and wouldn’t meet any prescribing guidelines so would need to be getting it dodgily. He was just podgy and wanted to tone up and build muscle. It also suppresses your appetite to the point that you could easily struggle to eat the amount of protein you’d be looking to get if you’re really training.
I don't think you'd have the energy either. I've lost 3 stone since June on Mounjaro and I'm bloody tired... I'm basically ever hungry so making sure I get the right balance of protein, carbs etc is tricky.
