My OH had to ‘shed’ and lost a certain amount of weight before he could bulk up and gain muscle

But Rob’s been down the gym and ‘eating clean’ for ages - he hasn’t suddenly lost this weight.
I mean, who knows? But I think most sensible people aren’t using weight loss jabs when they don’t need to.
I AM on them and have lost almost five stone, so I am not against them at all for those who need them. But outside the slightly weird social media bubble I don’t know anyone who would illicitly get hold of them to lose a stone or so.

Rob said ages ago - early in the year - about being on a healthy eating and exercise regime. We've all had a moan in here at some point about him banging on about it, so I reckon it's not down to weight loss jabs but that regime.
I know he said that but it’s so sudden. Must be the lighting or the angle or even a filter I guess. He looks like he has dropped two stone in a matter of weeks
It’s that photo. He put one on his insta yesterday that looks like his normal self.
Well none of us can know for sure how he has lost the weight. We're all speculating. He needs to sort out his hair cos he can go from fresh to freaky in the blink of an eye 
I don't think he would go down that route it's like he said he was actively trying to lose weight and it's obviously working whatever he's doing!
Weight loss jabs just seem incredibly unlikely to me!
He was annoying again this morning going on about Josh's kitchen renovations not being ready on time for Christmas etc - bet Josh wants to tell him to shut the duck up at times 
Why is Rob so obsessed with Josh moving to a bigger house out of London? I thought at first he was just winding him up but he never stops now. Josh said they love where they live and dont want to move they are just having more storage put in the house. Makes me think its Rob that is unhappy where he lives 
Rob is someone who doesn’t let a joke go. He’ll move on eventually.

I think the charm of the podcast really is that you feel that parasocial connection with them, that you’re getting the ‘real them’, and Rob very much is a man who hangs on to a joke. It probably comes down to whether you find that so grating you don’t want to listen, or you take Josh’s approach and grin and bear it.

I have never thought Josh sounded annoyed by it, why would that annoy him? It’s just a joke even if a monotonous one. I often listen after reading here that people feel Rob’s gone to far but I’ve never thought it. It’s just their banter?
I noticed that too and definitely thought that sounds like they’ve got a nanny.
I also thought this and thought it was interesting he mentioned somebody at school who helps kids out of the cars?! Pardon?! He’s doing my head in more and more recently which is a shame.
I think their school has an American style drop off system, where you join a queue and when you get to the front your kids jump out of the car and you just drive away.
