I’ve had to stop today’s episode and listen to something else, every other word being a swear for absolutely no reason. I don’t know rugby so I’ve never heard of this bloke, but he sounds like a total moron.
I nearly stopped listening but persevered just in case he got more likeable.
He didn't.
No idea who he is, he was aggressive and sweary (I swear a lot so not easily offended) and there was nothing in his story that made me think he was interesting or had any redeeming qualities.
If you haven't listened, I wouldn't bother.
Edit to add : Rob and Josh loved him, especially Rob who doesn't like rugby but likes his podcast

Swearing doesn't usually bother me, maybe it's because it was also paired with his aggressive tone? Having no previous knowledge of him this was my first time hearing him speak and I really hated it. Rob properly loves him doesn't he.
I’m not offended by swearing, but I find people using it as a filler word really off-putting and jarring. Dropping an F into every other sentence where it doesn’t need to be there or isn’t being used for emphasis makes it lose its impact, for me. Rob and Josh also sometimes fall into that pattern of speech too.

I hate rugby. Absolutely despise it! But I really enjoyed yesterday’s episode! At first the way he spoke about his wife I thought nah, not having this and was tempted to turn off but I stuck at it and thought it was funny.
Oooh Rob with the gaming set up. Between the long hair, the Essex geezer vibe and now this, I fear my becoming Rob's second wife in the future is falling further and further away.

I wasn't sure what to make of the Joe Marler one. He's obviously from the whole laddy culture, I got the sense maybe he was someone who wasn't the best dad when he was younger then recognized his wife's work and value. Not my cup of tea really.
I can't say I noticed the swearing but I have family from Essex/London who seem to use swearing as a bit of a filler so I'm used to it now

Seen Josh's tour dates! I'm tempted, has anyone ever seen him live? Although despite him saying all areas of the country are covered I'm still going to have to travel well over an hour to get to any of them
