I don’t think that’s the reason because he seems to hate the whole topic, understandably. I wonder what would have to happen for people to believe him, It must’ve taken a massive toll on him. Harry on the other hand is never asked about that and it doesn’t seem to affect him and his life as much as it affects Louis.

Harry is such a huge star in his own right; Louis owes a lot of his fame to the rumours! It must be very annoying, whether there was ever any truth to it, or not! I will die on the hill that something went on in those early days; even if just an infatuation, the eyes and body language don’t lie.

I think Harry’s response to being fed up was to suggest the break in 2014 like he said. He didn’t seem very happy at the time.

I remember when Lou, their hairdresser came out and said some of their behaviours during the 1D touring years were awful, and everyone jumped on her and pretty much said, what goes on the road should stay on the road. I think Niall’s level of fame is fine and more manageable but I think it’s obvious he’s desperate to be bigger and have what Harry has. He’s said he wants a Grammy, to sell out a stadium tour etc. I think he would have a better go of it if he accepted he’ll have mid-tier success within certain regions mainly due to fans of the band.

In my experience (nurse) of treating people who have fallen from a height, any kind of deliberate fall (e.g. jumped and missed the landing) involves jumping feet first.

For someone to fall head first, it's 99% unintentional/misjudgement. Take that up to 99.9% if they fall backwards.

The fact that there are no reports in any media that people attempted to give first aid makes me think that it was the latter, and he was in a condition where the injuries were clearly unsurvivable.

If the TMZ balcony picture reflects where he fell from, it's not actually that high, and I think most people who jumped there feet first would have serious injuries but not ones that were immediately fatal.

The circumstances will be expanded on later, but even with this level of info I am strongly inclined to believe he didn't jump and it was an accidental fall.

I agree with similar professional experience. The amount of people who fall from railings when drunk/high is mad- its the invincibility feeling that you can sit or even walk on them. I suspect something like that here

I’m a bit late commenting on the Zayn stuff but it’s alarming how much he gets away with. He’s proven time and time again that he has no respect for women. He’s used homophobic slurs, harassed the mother of his child (Gigi) to the point she had to file harassment charges against him and assaulted his child’s grandmother (Yolanda). Oh and also disgustingly referred to his kid as the sperm that came out of his cock (yes he really said this about his own child). It’s beyond me how people still defend him. Let’s step away from the 1D nostalgia for a minute and realise this man is extremely problematic. That’s probably why he’s so lowkey too, so that it’s easier for him to get away with being a piece of shit. Sorry for the rant but when will his fans finally accept that he’s a bad person and stop defending his terrible actions…

I think part of the reason he's like this is the way he was brought up. He'll always come back with the line about how he was raised by mostly women and how it's made him respect women so much (which makes fans think none of the shit about him is true)....but the reality is he doesn't talk to most of those family members anymore and they seem toxic af. It's very telling that he's living so far away from his family and hardly visits, and that was before he had his daughter. There's only a select few people in his family he actually talks to. It's funny that his younger sisters and cousins act so entitled when he doesn't talk to them much at all these days. From what I've heard he speaks to a few of his male cousins, but that's mostly just playing games online

I think Harry’s statement can come off as cold and detached due to a few reasons:

1) It wasn’t raw, personal, and intimate like Zayn’s and Louis’ statements. Both Zayn and Louis essentially were talking to Liam, whereas Harry was talking about Liam.

2) It also was polished and edited; Zayn’s and Louis’ statements had grammar errors.

3) Lastly, the overall tone of Harry’s statement is deliberate, polite, and professional, whereas Zayn and Louis took a more casual approach. Zayn and Louis referred to Liam as their brother whereas Harry called him a friend.

I thought Harry’s statement was fine, and it was exactly what I thought he’d put out. Zayn’s statement surprised me in how personal it was. Louis’ statement was raw and intimate and you can feel Louis’ hurt and grief through his statement.

Jeez have you ever lost someone close and young? Clearly not...

To play devils advocate, don’t forget how big the boys, their girlfriends, family etc were to the fandom, she may have felt she needed to give a statement due to others doing the same. She (Danielle) lived with Jade for years and was only pictured with him a couple of years ago and tik toks aside, she doesn’t speak obviously of him online. Regardless of what happened in their relationship, she was with him from pretty much the start of 1D and is allowed to be upset/grieving like others.

I think this is also important to remember, just because we don’t think it’s necessary for her to speak out doesn’t mean she hasn’t been harassed to say something like the rest of them, and especially if she was called out for joining the pile on.
