Daisey is adamant that the collection is ‘not fast fashion’ which by definition is clothing produced based on current trends via cheap & mostly unethical manufacturing methods to make profit quickly. Are we going to get a full rundown of where and how these clothes are produced ethically and responsibly then Daisey?

Their brand is aimed at 16 to 24 year olds, the age you are normally studying and have no money. Their prices are unrealistic for that age group. I personally do not like any of it, looks so chavvy and cheap 🙈

£30 for a plain bodysuit? Why would anyone want to pay that when you can get the same for half the price on sites like PLT

Coincidence that ‘Karen’ has zero followers zero posts yet posts a full blown message sticking up for the girls 🤔
Good spot! And Ellie’s replied so 100% them trying to reverse the reaction.
The collection is way too overpriced and I feel bad for their young followers who are obsessed and want to buy everything they wear, the girls could have come out with an affordable range and sold much more than they will now. £35 for a cap is absurd, they have been greedy with these prices and I think they will see the consequences. Getting the prices right in retail is so key and to market them so highly it will make their brand look terrible when they slash them.
defo give it a few weeks until the prices are slashed if not go on missg/plt for better versions

I just don't see why people would want to spend so much to have massive O'Dolls logos everywhere. You'd be a walking advertisement for the tacky brand. Call me old fashioned but if I was going to spend £95 on a tracksuit (which I never would in the first place because wtf £95) I'd want its quality to reflect the price rather than the dodgy Gucci copied print. It's merch and nothing else - only their crazy followers will want it. And I don't see those followers (young girls, likely students) to be paying those prices.

Also, Daisey and Ellie are the epitome of fast fashion. They wear so much cheap looking clothing from PLT or random Instagram companies. It's hardly like they care at all about longevity of clothes or sustainability - do they really expect us to fall for that?

I love how people make a big statement defending them but don’t know the difference between LOOSE and LOSE 🤣🤣😂

I’m not being funny but they could have done their brand so much better. Like not even in the sense that they have ripped Gucci off, but in the sense that they have launched lounge wear in May/June just as it’s getting too hot for that tit. It’s all in very basic colours and not only is timing atrocious but it’s sooooo overdone, the neutral tones, the ripped off logos ugh. Like why not come out with cute little bits like swimwear, summer outfits , or just anything with any decent design. They clearly have no clue. They will definitely lose money, start small and build up and don’t be tacky. oh and don’t post stuff that hasn’t launched yet??? Weird

I guess it’s because they’re not actually designing it. They’re just buying cheap premade off label garments and writing OTROLLS on it.

its just a super lazy collection, zero effort or thought process went into it. Its the same basic items that every other influencer who thinks they are a fashion designer brings out, look at sarah ashcrofts, her's is the same, joggers and crop tops. And the reason being is because it's a ready made block, rather than them having to figure out how to design and size items properly.

I mean who wants to wear a sweatshirt with odolls collection round the neckline lol very cringe for anyone about the age of 15

A comment on one of the girls posts states their WIFE has spent up on it... if I told my husband I was going to spend money on a collection labelled all over with some girls initials that has a few followers he would probably reconsider who he’s married 😂. And I’m a young wife in my early 20s. That tit is for under 13s only surely.

Exactly this. I've seen them on their stories recently asking for recommendations of brands to buy festival wear from (or maybe just summer clothes? Something along those lines anyway). Seems weird from people who literally just launched their own clothing line - why didn't they go down this path? Since their followers are likely to also be wanting the same and you can buy neutral loungewear from literally everywhere.
