Folks who managed to get tickets this morning, can I ask when did ye log on? I joined waiting room bang on 7.15 was 91k in queue at 8 and it was went Pete thong after that… heard others logging in well after me and straight in no issue… seems total luck of the draw?

My understanding of how it works is
Waiting room- just a holding for everyone, no queue or order at all.
Queue- everyone from waiting room is randomly assigned a number.
Once the sale starts there’s no longer a waiting room, so then as people join the queue it is on a first come first served basis joined at the end of the queue.

If more dates are added it’s probably best to get on the website early and keep refreshing until the waiting room is open. There’s only so many spaces in the waiting room which is based on how much traffic the server can take. That’s why there was also a queue to get into the website- that queue is also first come first served.

So in a nutshell get on there early

Yeah they did, you had to sign up and pick which cities you were interested in going to beforehand. Then you'd get a code for the general sale if you were chosen. I applied for Liverpool and London and got the Liverpool code. My friend applied for London didn't get a code. A friend had got me tickets in the midnight presale so I didn't have to get any in the end but I ended up getting a London code in the end so I tried to get a ticket for a friend, I failed it was still hard to get tickets but it didn't crash

Ah OK , we got 2 codes by husband didn't get through but I did so I got the tickets. We never used his code in the end , swifties are crazy though some have been to nearly every show!

I had all the dates I wanted open last night, (well no that’s a lie. I’ve had them open since weds or Thursday)when I went on at 8am I refreshed the page, I refreshed again at 8.45 and joined the waiting room. Got into the queue at 9am, my starting point was 8k for one date, 6k for another date. The rest of the dates didn’t load.
I got 3 tickets for the one I started at 8k at.

Did the same here but got through at 9 with 10k ahead and didn’t get any. I really don’t understand how that can happen.

I don’t think they did… we were 6500 in the pre sale queue and could only get tier 5 at the opposite end to the stage.

I think it just shows how crap the site was. Yet all these hundreds of tickets can be on resale for thousands. How did they get them???

I don’t think they did… we were 6500 in the pre sale queue and could only get tier 5 at the opposite end to the stage.

Had the page opened for the date I wanted last night (where it has the countdown to tickets will be on sale in…) didn’t refresh or touch it at all, until it automatically refreshed itself at 9 and put me straight in the queue (17k)

I'm assuming I can transfer a ticket to a friend? For Taylor Swift we got there at different times and met inside the stadium so they transferred our tickets to us. Don't want to get my friends hopes up then not being able to do it

Yes but not till the actual ticket appears in your Ticketmaster account. Probably a week or so before the gig. I did it with my Foo Fighters tickets.

Yeah we had a presale code via the ballot and 100% appreciate how fortunate we were, as yesterday sounded like a complete shitshow, and I would’ve lost patience within half an hour.

As it was, we joined the presale waiting room at 18:30, it opened at 19:00 and we had them bought by 19:25.

The amount of comments I’ve seen saying they couldn’t give a tit about Oasis but “if Blur reunited I’d definitely go see them”. You mean at one of their dates last year when they did a tour? Did you go? Did you hear their new album? Clearly don’t give a tit about Blur either then
Side note, they were incredible at Wembley last year.

They give a tit enough to comment on a post about Oasis though makes me laugh , calling people sheep for liking them wtf , does that mean everyone who likes someone popular is a sheep , doesn't make sense

Blur seem to be more low key but they definitely did Malahide Castle in Dublin in the last year or two.

Whilst Malahide is neither a Croke Park nor a Wembley most of us would know they're still going strong.

I also saw Blur last year, it is weird to me how this Oasis comeback has absolutely blown up, like an insane amount, yet back in the day I always saw the 2 bands the same in popularity, maybe I was wrong!?

I was saying to the young ones (colleagues) the other day you could have gone to see Noel or Liam over the years and while they sung their not Oasis stuff they also sang Oasis stuff. Not quite the same experience admittedly but not far off and for a fraction of the cost/stress.

A bit random but I was at the cinema last week and seen Blur (live at Wembley gig ) is being showing at Vue cinema if anyone is interested,it actually looked so good!

Yeah saw one earlier on FB calling them useless northern monkeys and how she didn’t see the hype.
I replied saying I didn’t see the hype about Formula 1 (she posts about it A LOT), but I choose to scroll on by and not tit on what other people enjoy.

We got two standing for the Friday night at Wembley in the pre sale and yesterday my dad managed to get through from 190,000 in the queue, and he got 4 standing for Wembley on the Friday too.
I’ve grown up listening to oasis thanks to my dad and brother so this is going to be amazing to be there all together, me, partner, brother, sister, dad and uncle.

Always been a dream and it’s coming true.
im so excited I actually cried.

Sorry to anyone who missed out on tickets, I hope you get for FV over the next while though!

ticketmaster pricing was mental, as excited as I am, leaves a wee bit of a sour taste I won’t lie.
My standing tickets in pre sale were half the price to what my dad paid.
