How long before more dates released? Will it be today?

I'd say not on a weekend? They need to secure venues and even accommodation for the crew etc etc I guess?

I'm assuming I can transfer a ticket to a friend? For Taylor Swift we got there at different times and met inside the stadium so they transferred our tickets to us. Don't want to get my friends hopes up then not being able to do it

Yes but not till the actual ticket appears in your Ticketmaster account. Probably a week or so before the gig. I did it with my Foo Fighters tickets.

My mates Stepson got a code and got tickets yesterday for £150 so will be going to Heaton park. It really did look a complete shambles today though. Ticketmaster seems barely fit for service. I don't know anyone else who got tickets so they all must be going somewhere.

Yeah we had a presale code via the ballot and 100% appreciate how fortunate we were, as yesterday sounded like a complete shitshow, and I would’ve lost patience within half an hour.

As it was, we joined the presale waiting room at 18:30, it opened at 19:00 and we had them bought by 19:25.

I don't understand how the queue system works? I'm through the queue on my preferred date but it won't let me confirm availability. I joined another queue and I started at 22nd in the queue? Now I'm through to the buying page on both

I honestly thought they would. Makes no sense doing the Wembley gigs as they currently are.

I got an invitation signed in but no email

When did you do it? I think it’s obviously just taking longer now than it would have done when loads of people were still asleep

Yeah that is unfair, my husband was the same and he did get an invitation to enter this morning but we’re in Scotland and had only tried for Edinburgh. Not sure why they’d send him now for Wembley, they could maybe have done this ballot for those who actually queued for Wembley dates.

People would have fuming if they did that I think

Nope nothing for me and we had three invites for the ballot as three of us were logged in, I got to the front of the Wembley queue at 10am I then tried for 2 hours to add tickets to my basket
My friend has now got a code logged on but gave up at 9.10 as 200,000 in front of her.

The dates for Edinburgh is 8,9 and 12th August which makes me wonder if they might do another date on the 11th.

It kicked me out then let me back in with no option for standing tickets so must be sold out.

Confirmation emails had to be done by 10am so think pre sale links are from now until 5pm judging by what I’m seeing on twitter.

It’s the promotors (and maybe the band too) who allow it to be an option for their gigs.

i was buying tickets a few months ago, TM kicked me out when I had them in my basket saying an error occurred and when I went back on their were £7 more expensive

Twickets always pay out after the gig has happened in my experience, which is why they won't pay until next year. I agree that there should ideally be a more straightforward way to resell tickets but in a world of scammers like Viagogo I'm so glad Twickets exists!
