I literaly think about that album, or a song from it, once a day!

I can’t make it to the tour, but I’m so excited for everyone going, and for Liam. It’s perfect because it’s the only Oasis album with just his vocals from start to end.


YES to the Shakermaker love! I forgot how good this video is! It’s just them being them! I can’t get over how young Liam was, he was only 21/22 in 1994, but he had such a presence.

Total goosebumps watching and listening to this once again!

Just don't buy them from any other site apart from the official sites, as they will sell re-sale tickets at the face value plus the booking fee.

You are merely feeding the touts. The tickets are expensive enough if you are at the back of 80,000 in Heaton Park. They really are fleecing their own Mancunians, standing only tickets and they are all £150 or more.

Don't get the FOMO feeling just because everybody else is going ape over tickets.

Have seen most of the big bands and singers over time, some already RIP, and never did I think then that they were over priced.

I tried to book a premier inn at 8.02 Tuesday and all booked, even tried Cardiff that was the same. Nothing in Dublin unless you want to sell a kidney to pay for it

Lots of bands have shared the date of the announcement, personally blossoms would be the worst support ever. I’ve seen support acts bottled at oasis gigs, i’m an original knebworther, first see oasis in 1994 and see them 26 times
I personally don’t want them to reform as selfish it as it sounds I want oasis to stay apart of my past and not to be shared with the knobheads who go watch Liam g now who are my kids age. Oasis was before mobile phones and social media and that made it special you were in the moment not with a camera phone. I’ll go and watch and take my kids as they have grown up with their music, I just hope it’s for the right reasons and not just to pay for Noel’s divorce and Liam’s third wedding

Just found this thread and had to quote you here as this is how I felt. I saw them at their second to last gig in Bridlington, got my tickets on the day for £20 and it was one of the best nights of my life. I'm slightly worried my "Oasis memories" will be tarnished but I promised my other half that if they ever reformed I'd go with him so if we can get tickets, I will go. I signed up to presale at around 9pm last night and got my confirmation at 10.30 this morning. This tour will either be absolutely legendary or it will turn into a shit show. What will be, will be

I was a MASSIVE stoner in the 90s. I always hated reggae and Marley's music. Pink Floyd were my thing!

Oh mate, Pink Floyd are the nuts!!! Love them SO much. I'm half Jamaican so have very mixed roots here! My music ranges are all over the place here. I'm a huge fan of The Doors too. Would have loved to have seen Pink Floyd live!

Fucking mad fer it! Absolutely brilliant time. Seen them at Earls.Court too. Still love them. The day I bought their first album was a game changer! Live Forever is my favourite amongst many!

Hype upon hype over the past week, with the nation getting driven to hysteria to get tickets.

Then when the site is hugely oversubscribed people are amazed that they didn't get the tickets they wanted.

Up come Liam and Noel saying that touted over priced tickets will be cancelled ...... would like to know how they are going to identify these tickets.

The whole lot should have been balloted with 2 tickets per 'winning' balloter, with the lead name on the ticket who must show identification on the gate. Everybody attending big sporting events during the latter stages of covid had to show they had been vaccinated before entry so it wouldn't be such an undertaking.

Time after time people go into a frenzy over hyped concerts, hours spent gazing at a screen, only to find that when they get to the front of the queue they are unable to secure a ticket.

Yeah I agree , people blame ticket master etc but the fact is there are going to be loads of us disappointed, all those people saying they were at the front or whatever chances are if the site appeared to have ran smoothly they would have still been the ones without tickets
I don't blame anyone it's just bad luck I missed out. The only thing ticket master can be blamed for is randomly putting prices up half way through the sale

I got my tickets woohoo!!! managed to get them just over an hour when they went on sale. I selected a Sunday date and was 2000 in the queue right away.. I was stuck on a page saying “checking availability” for the majority of the time and had to keep pressing “find tickets”

there was a local ticket/travel place whose website crashed, they switched to “phone only” and then the phone lines weren’t working so they had large queues of people outside their offices! Mental

I saw Noel at a festival last year and said to a few a people after that I would like to see Liam at some point but guess that ships sailed now
I've also seen Richard Ashcroft and know he has supported Liam before so will be even more annoyed at not getting tickets if he supports Oasis , I'm pretty doubtful he will though

Anyone got any good guesses on who they think the support act will be?

I saw Noel in 2015?? I think at Leeds and Liam in 2018 that’s when he had Richard Ashcroft supporting him.. was buzzing cause I had tickets to see Ashcroft the year prior so couldn’t end up going. Would be class if he supported them

No, with seats that far away you are just watching it all on screens and I hate that. You don’t feel part of it at all. It’s standing or nothing for me!
