It's all air ,marshmallows and popcorn wtfIt's all super high glycaemic index carbohydrates.. the type of foods an athlete would have to get a rapid sugar rush for a marathon! These are Not the kind of food that growing teenagers should consume without more balance of vegetables and protein. The high carb is also not helpful for stable concentration at school. Maria and Phil can afford to buy better food and expose the kids to more variety. Maria is surely trolling with these lunchboxes .. she can't be serious.. I swear it's the same food as 10 years ago when I used to follow her

My kids all make their own lunch except the toddler, but usually have a combo of a chicken/ham/veggie wrap with cucumber, lettuce, tomato, mayo, chicken/ham or leftover meat), capsicum, cheese, yoghurt, 2/3 fruits and nut/muesli bar. They need the protein to keep them full.

The mandarins enrage me. 3-4 year olds can peel mandarins!!!
My 2 year old can peel mandarins.
My 19 year old daughter has always struggled to peel mandarins so I taught her how to peel them with a tea spoon
She prolly gave them sensory issues just to keep having them be her toddlers where they're dependent on her
I don’t want to brag but all three of my post primary kids went to school today with mandarins that no one started to peel for them! (I’m lunches they packed themselves!)

Could he possibly be sharing it now but filmed over the school holidays? We know he doesn’t share a lot in real time. His comments about his ‘joke’ about the seats of the plane were stupid. Unless you knew who the lady wasn’t it made no sense. It’s didn’t come across as funny at all.
