I'm not a NZ so I don't know what kindy is in this context but why all the visits? I consider myself a very soft and gentle parent but this just seems like she's dragging it out and making it worse for him? JFC some kids will cry and sometimes you just have to leave otherwise you're only making yourself feel better and making it worse for them. The other day she said it's been 11 visits with her sitting there, is that normal? I feel like she's being a bit precious and like I said I'm no hard a parent but this just seems crazy to me.

Yeah we did 4 visits. Two with me there observing, one where I “left” but I was still on-site incase they couldn’t settle my wee one and then a sleep visit where I left the site, but kept close by incase they needed me (cried, but then bloody enjoyed a coffee and scone)
