Yes! It's so odd. And the bull yarns she tells to cover it up. It's so obvious when you look at her previous posts on fb too. She's not getting any government maternity payment as "didn't apply' (stated that a while ago) - what that means is she can't apply because she's earned nothing or more likely hasn't paid tax on it. Bit her on the bum now hasn't it.

It's a great time to get a start in the industry as so many are leaving because they can't make a sale. That means if you're ready and available when things improve, you might get thrown a bone or two. In the meantime, there is such a job as assisting other real estate agents in holding open homes (which oddly, you need a licence to do). Fast forward to 10 years' time though and poor old Molz will still be studying; meanwhile, the industry will be overtaken by robots.
