I love how people outside of education think they can easily do this. Purchasing a daycare isn’t as expensive as people think, so a lot of ‘non educator’s’ think it’s easy money. Problem is, if you don’t have a good manger running your facility it’s tends to go ‘bits up’.
Does anyone else remember when Christian did an ad for sex toys and Frankie was in the ad??? Like he was playing with them in the shower or something?? And he also made a post about toddlers touching themselves sexually, which obviously is a normal thing, but Christian posting about it is just so inappropriate. If parents wanna know about that they can read about it on some anonymous blog, not hear it from Christian talking about his own kids who he posts thousands of photos publicly for randoms.

I think “dealing with MoE” actually means the Ministry refused to give them a license due to a poorly designed building or inadequate outdoor space. Good. People who have no idea about education shouldn’t own centres. The only way to make money is to pay teachers poorly and operate on minimum everything. Or don’t pay tax like the Wrights/ Best Start. That helps too. Education shouldn’t be business yet it is

I think they've been overseas once with them all. But this must be trip 2 or 3 for just her since I've been following her.

Yep this. Plus Best Start run on minimum everything…teacher-child ratios, resource budgets heck even building repairs are hard fought for by teachers. They have millions in the bank but would rather fund the likes of Sean Plunket than invest in education.
