I feel ill just looking at those screenshots… so ill it almost distracted me from the complaint for breach of the Fair Trading Act I’m about to make against Pomchu ‍ No but seriously. If you’re reading this: Sort your business out, or I’m bound to be one of many official complaints. You’re running a business in NZ, so you are bound to comply with the FTA, and you CAN NOT contract out of that with your little disclaimers.

Example/proof of hats attached because it’s easy, but I’ve got proof for all of the items.

1) Hats were first listed for $48.93 (with 30% off “down from” - but not ever sold for - $69.90)
2) The very next day the sale supposedly stopped and they were dropped to $44.90.
3) Unfortunately can’t find my screenshot but I’m certain they went as low as $39.90 full price.
4) Then all of a sudden you do a “40% off clear-out” and you claim the non-sale price was $59.90 so that your discounted price is $35.94 rather than the $26.94 (if not less) that it should be.

Don’t go playing “Briscoes Sale” games without a high-paid lawyer checking everything off darl.

I’m sick of their ‘fuck around and find out’ attitude. They did the same thing with the candle pricing under the Iveagh brand they had.
Also, using the candle database as the Pomchew one. I definitely did not sign up for Pomchew but I get emails- I did however sign up to the candle mailing list.

As someone with actual diagnosed adhd I hate when people attribute shit like this to it.
