Get Lulu's puncture wounds looked at. Do you even understand the concept of circling the margins. It is to see if there is tracking, or an increase in size. Your margins are now large, ive circled them in red, this could be an inflammatory response, or something more sinister. There is a central core to each wound.
The appearance of swelling, and colour change in the tissue over the punctures, can be an indicator of decreased blood flow /the accumulation of purulent material. Take her to a medical centre, this needs to be examined professionally. Poor wee girl has already been shamed for your poor parenting, don't add another rung on this ladder.
