For someone on a bodybuilding prep, she’s being allowed to eat an awful lot of take always/ fast foods

She is but she also seems to be doing an awful lot of cardio so I guess it balances out? I don’t know if that’s her choice or C’s I don’t know, I know ‘a calorie isn’t a calorie’ and all that but it does seem like it’s one extreme to the other with her foods, either v low cal or takeaways the whole BB world blows my mind 🫠

These online influencers are so not relatable such as Georgie moaning that everyone should be able to get daily steps in regardless of jobs/home/family life

she must cheat constantly. said she’s been dieting since like april!? she could of dropped 20-30lbs comfortably in that time. but she looks exactly the same

Not checked her account in months so had a look and she doesn’t look any different to me. Considering the amount of time and effort that goes into her diet and exercise it’s staggering she hasn’t made any visible progress.

THIS. For the level of training and cardio she is doing along with the very restrictive meals she is posting, the visible changes are there but certainly nothing major.

To get herself stage lean she will literally be inhaling air and doing hours of cardio daily. Will me a major struggle.

@Lazybee A friend of mine on IG messaged Nadia and she wanted £150 per month but for a calorie based diet. Not even a meal plan. Just log into my fitness pal, make your own calories and most probably a template workout. For £150.

She’s already said she’s not in rush and it’s just as well, I honestly don’t see any difference with these check ins but can with some other people and I’m no body builder or even close

Just watched a couple of her vlogs. First thing, her and her bf admitted to spending £84 a week on green beans and find it hilarious. Bit tone deaf. Next vlog they are meant to be going to a wedding but sack it off because they were having a "great training session" and then went and got burgers and ate them in the car instead. I'd be raging if I'd invited them to my wedding. How rude!

I thought it was sad enough that she doesn’t train or do anything without him when I thought they had their own house. The fact he stays in his mum’s house just makes it even worse
