She’s getting further reconstruction surgery done or something but also getting a ‘small’ implant to even them out, I think that was her explanation.
I reckon she just wants bigger boobs again for underwear modelling, which kinda defeats the purpose of her whole ‘love the body your in’ stance

It's reconstruction surgery to repair the uneven and misshaped boobs she's been left with from her reduction surgery. She also has a lot of scar tissue from her original surgery and the following corrective procedures; scar tissue doesn't flex or stretch and can be really painful in the cold, etc. Try dealing with scar tissue build up on a nerve and you'll know what chronic pain is all about 
If you look at the green cast she has on her feed, you can see the underside of one of her boobs is really misshapen, the implant is to even that out.
She's said this a hundred times so not really fair to just say she's getting implants with no context.....

I'm always weary of influencers saying they are donating a portion of things to a charity unless 1) they link said charity 2) they tell me how much they've donated through their sales 3) show the confirmation receipt at the end. Let's see if she does it.
She’s 100% bullshitting, why say she’ll donate a portion then match that money, why not just donate all the money to charity???

She would have priced those clothes way over what they're worth to under the guise of sending the money to Ukraine. Like someone else said, why match it when you can just send it ALL over? I guess matching 5% would save her money. Would love to see the proof shes actually sent it and how much she made from those tacky clothes.

she’s got a dress up for sale for £14. So if someone bought that and she donated say, 25% of it, to charity - that’s £3.50. And if she matches that £3.50 that’s £7. Why not just donate 50% of the sale instead of the mental gymnastics?
conversely, if she’s donating the majority portion of the dress, say 80% and then matching the total raised that makes a little more sense.. but it’s still pretty confusing?
im a little skeptical of Nelly since she’s a time again proven liar and deeply dishonest. I’ll believe it when I see the receipts.
ive donated, I’ve volunteered, I’ve listed my items selling online as 100% donation etc. So I’m not demanding more of these influencers than what I’m doing myself.
She seems to have removed the items that have sold from her depop? The pink puffy dress isn't showing on there as sold. Likely to hide the true amount of how muchmoney she made from this. Shes a bleeping scam artist. Imagine using this horrific event as a means to make more money for yourself. Helena, we know you read and yoi truly are a despicable human being.

It felt incredibly self involved to be posting about feeling sore after surgery given the current crisis/mood of the world. I don’t doubt it’s sore but I’m struggling to think who really cares about her posting her successful and non-emergency surgery recovery, to warrant all these stories about how much she’s able to raise her arms at varying points in the day.
and you made the point perfectly; if she’s sore how does she find the energy to film herself, get up and down to set up the camera/phone and film, check and then post it? Whenever I’m unwell or in pain, the *last* think I’d think about doing is filming myself. I take the strongest painkiller I’ve been given and then sleep it off to heal.
maybe she asks B to do it for her? If so, the guy deserves a medal for putting up with this sort of vain, self involved behaviour.
also what’s up with the sold items not being kept up on Depop? I cannot think of a legitimate reason to remove them unless she’s lying about selling it, or like someone else pointed out - doesn’t want to be upfront about the money.
Helena comes across more unpleasant with each day. If the Ukraine crisis hasn’t taught her some humility, compassion and given her a bit of perspective, then she’s a lost cause.

Why not donate to womens aid where women arrive generally with nothing (not the underwear tho Jesus). I would get it if all proceeds were going to Ukraine but it’s clear that’s not happening.

I hate when influencers do that. some poor factory worker was probably paid a pittance to make those. At least she’s reselling instead of sending to landfill, but that’s likely where both those garments will end up.

She only bought the puffy pink dress because her more expensive one didn’t turn up in time. So instead of waiting for that to come she bought a cheap one from Amazon.
