So many places cheaper to stay that night in London, just means a bit of travel to the start in the morning. She can’t complain at having to spend £500 on a Holiday Inn when she could get Nobu for the same price. She’s just being lazy.

I wish I could afford to spend that for one night on a hotel! And get a free spot running London Marathon. Tough life for some!

I wonder why she didn’t get any shouts from any of the Brooks team on IG.
Her IG still says she’s part of it. But she’s not referenced by anyone….

I don’t think I’ve seen her go to any of the events or meet ups for brooks for a long time. Just take the freebies. I know she’s got a baby but she’s got enough time to train for a marathon and there’s been plenty of times she’s posted going on drunk nights out so it’s not like she wouldn’t be able to have childcare for a day to attend.

Showing off £500 for a hotel stay for London marathon? Sorry but this made me want to cry. I wish I had £500 to put food on the table for my family at the moment! So insensitive, especially with the cost of living going up.

And she still can’t break 4hrs for the marathon! In all seriousness I’m not a fan of anything brooks due to their influencers! Not one of them is inspiring me to go running, they all buy followers, offer no advice or structured coaching advice, have zero formal coaching qualifications and are only there for themselves! Murphyruns is the epitome of an instagram running account. Look at me, don’t I look good in my free trainers, give me some attention.

She’s been going on about a sub 4 for a long time now! I’m sure she could do it if she trained properly and the amount she’s runs, I’d expect her to be close to it. Saying that, Kelloggs trains double what murphyruns does and still couldn’t do it
Murphyruns is all about the attention but comes across so average and boring. Like you say, no advice on running just edited, filtered selfies.

Brooks obviously don't have any decent running jackets as she's wearing a Decathlon one today not a good advert for Brooks running kit!

It’s all about the attention! Notice how she always looks good? Never a normal photo of her - hair, makeup, eyelashes, tan always done. Fair enough if it makes her feel good but so unrelatable.

Also, does she have a life?? She has a part time job and a toddler but is always marathon training and posting it on Instagram. Must not have many friends. Could say the same for a few of the insta running influencers. Instagram is their life. Sorry, I’m on one today!! ranting!

She clearly wants people to request her on Strava. I’m confused, can her followers can still see her runs? That isn’t private then?

Followers can see her runs unless she sets them to private. She’s now upto 375 followers, so she’s accepted some in since earlier. She hasn’t followed any of them back based on visible numbers.

Oh she’s back with more free shit. First a full blown weight bench and now some crappy jogging stroller. It baffles me how many of these micro influencers show their children to thousands and thousands of people (and weirdos) for the sake of a few quid. Poor kids don’t get a choice to be plastered all over social media.

Surely her husband should be saying. We are purchasing our child’s stroller not you begging or showing off on insta to get one. A very strange setup

I expect her to be pregnant again this year. Wonder if her partner / husband (who she rarely shows ) is embarrassed by her or just lets her crack on?

I think caps either suit you, or the don’t. And they certainly do not suit her
I think she will be pregnant in the next year, perhaps this is one last marathon cycle before the next baby. Do you think she will get her sub 4?? Her training schedule looks like she is going for it!! If I started following her I’d think she was a single mum. She rarely mentions her partner. I think all the free gifts are a lot. I cannot get over how much free stuff she gets. Weights, baby strolllers, running kit, London marathon entry.

Bit too far for me to travel but can you imagine the conversations! How many followers have you brought this week? How many hashtags have you used to get pervy Paul liking your story’s this week? How many times do I have to take the same selfie before Brooks use me as a full time sponsored athlete . The big companies are giving you a free pair of shoes to sell your self get a grip

She said she was going to be more private, she’s the complete opposite. Just remember these basic individuals don’t care about negative comments or negative attention, it’s no attention they hate! I don’t know why she gets my back up so much. She is a very basic runner, doesn’t seem to have a career, doesn’t have anything that inspires me or others. I genuinely wonder what she would be doing without social media. She’s very forgettable as once you got past the blonde her and showing her body off (not the best) she’s got absolutely nothing else

She must be reading here because she has put up a post saying she works in PR and a photo of an Audi coincidence?

Compared to previous flora runners - fair play to her and she is due credit. Promoted it a few times in stories & grid posts and ran the marathon in the flora top.

I don’t imagine flora go into it wanting more than that…
