Yes that’s what I thought so the house is actually worth £298k! So they made £56k on it. That’s very good for 5years!

No it’s worth £171,000 at the point of last sale

But that doesn’t include the 41% owned by the council. In Banchory there’s 2 beds that sell for £200k. So their 4 bed couldn’t possibly be only worth £171k
