I so hope their son will be blessed with some integrity and morals. She has zero respect.

I don't have anxiety but I have borderline personality disorder alongside depression which can occasionally flare up some anxiety, only trecently I was too scared to leave my own house to take the bloody bin out. Sorry to hear that, living with a mental illness on a daily basis is exhausting. Like you and many others I have days when I find it impossible to leave the house. Don Zoflora and many other 'Influencers' do use the terms anxiety ect loosely like it's a badge of honour well it's not it takes over your life on a daily basis, you lose your confidence, your ability to enjoy life and so much more. Everyone experiences anxiety however (as found on Google)
The main difference between normal anxiety and problem anxiety is between the source and the intensity of the experience. Normal anxiety is intermittent and is expected based on certain events or situations. Problem anxiety, on the other hand, tends to be chronic, irrational, and interferes with many life functions.

It drives me crazy too. I have bipolar disorder and generalized anxiety disorder and life can be really hard. She really has no clue

Just catching up on the past two days. As I am blocked I can’t see any stories but reading on here that she has made comment whilst filming her son that he is doing the toilet. I am sorry but where is her sons rights? These influencers make me furious that they disregard their children’s rights and have no respect for them as an individual. And yes I also agree that Linda across the road should refrain from posting about her babies first tit in a potty!! The huge difference with Hinch though is her following. She has nearly 3 million idiots watching her every move and in turn watching her talk about her son doing the toilet. It is absolutely disgusting! I have severe anxiety which is made worse by some crappy situations in my life atm. Usually I’m not this bad, when I had my daughter a few years ago I went out with her by myself most days. I overthink a lot of normal situations and can be quite ‘irrational’ in most people’s eyes. Like today, I’m meeting my mum for lunch and it will be the first time I’ve walked into my local town by myself for at least 6 months. It only takes about 15/20 minutes but I hate it. I hate crossing at traffic lights because I feel like all the drivers are just staring at me as I cross the road. I hate walking past people in the street feeling like they’re looking at me. Due to past trauma I get very paranoid that something bad will happen to me. It’s even worse now that I’m pregnant I’m petrified to walk about outside by myself, especially in the dark. Doing this today is a really big thing for me! Hinch certainly doesn’t have anxiety when she can walk about outside by herself and post herself on the internet constantly. I think she confuses it with worrying



I got one of these on sale from Argos. It’s so tit I had to use wipes on my floor after mopping. No matter how much pressure you use it still leaves dirt. The mop attachment goes thin and crappy after a few washes. I just went back to using a standard mop works fine

I can relate to this so much, and to what others have said previously and today. If anyone ever needs a chat or to offload, my inbox is always open

*Off to hand my notice in, go buy some baskets and paint and set up an etsy shop.....
