I loved Karen Mulder! Such a strong, classic beauty. I remember when she broke down in a talk show and spoke about being grape by prince Albert. I'm sure her allegations would have been received very differently today. Back then, everything was just swept under the rug.

Yep, IMO she's been edited to look like Kate here. Her face is longer and narrower than Kate's.

I do think she looks more like Kate when she smiles though:

She still has a lot of baby large in her face, she might look very different in five years' time.

I also think the hat she’s wearing has something to do with it as it creates width in the top third of her face and therefore gives the impression of a slightly different face shape.
