It blows my mind that she’s been a pedestrian all this time and only owns wellies and sandals? Didn’t she have to walk several miles home with her kids the other night? In sandals or wellies? Ouch.

I can’t work out if this is a show of how young she is, or how old I am getting! I wouldn’t dream of even walking around Lidl without some arch support and cushioning 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Surely trainers are needed for running around after 2 kids. I'm still laughing at the wellies tbh 🤣. Obviously some things just don't come on the radar. Hopefully she pops into shoe zone and buys a cheap pair of trainers or lace ups for the car.

Not a chance she doesn't have a pair of shoes that aren't wellies or sandals. What a ridiculous thing to say

My thoughts..just can't believe she posts what she does.

A driving instructor would no way encourage the wearing of a sandal or welly.

I've seen one decent comment, the one who has politely mentioned the footwear, all her other followers commenting are the same ilk. Clapping on this nonsense

And they are proud of her for what she's achieved ,which is:

Getting pregers v young to obtain a council home.
Living on benefits
Living her life & exposing her babies for world wide consumption.
Introducing a bf and his family into the babies life far too soon ( if this relationship fails quite quickly, and future relationships too, her children will go through life with no stability, with men coming and going in/out their lives. Again, a child safeguarding issue.

So she said she was posting with a bit of a delay because she was wanting to surprise her mum, which makes sense, she obviously wanted to show her mum the car before social media.

However, if she’s had the car a week already then why was she asking for advice on whether to get finance or not 4 days ago, when she had clearly already gone ahead with it and also shown her mum?

She’s taken the right piss out of her audience and doting fans who took time out of their days for free to give well articulated and generous advice to her when… she didn’t actually even want/need it. She just exploited their generosity and cashed in on their engagement.

Influencers are such parasites.

Bra less. Shudder to think the messages she gets from some of the male followers. She looks only teen herself.

Is she an influencer?
I'd say not

Shes an unemployed young woman in receipt of Government benefits to look after her and her kids and uses socials for a few freebies.

I really don't get some companies.

Purdy & Figg for example

Was she promoting their products?

If so. Why did P&F want to waste their money sending her freebies to promote

P&F target audience will be the ABC1's
Minnie's followers will be C2DE's Low income, Home Bargains, Range, B&M shoppers.

It would be refreshing if she showed how she 'budgets' to afford it all really. Especially when it comes to things like financing cars, affording expensive carseats, driving lessons of £40 an hour and doing 4hours a time, as she said shes never had a credit card. Did she have to put a deposit down etc. So either she's paid really well with tiktok or being on UC enables someone to live a higher life than alot of working people can afford.
Basics for UC on the basis of being single under 25 and with 2 kids, without rent or council tax support as I don't wish to know what that is comes to £1093.23.

She buys endless stuff for her house and kids and clothes, can afford to foolishly finance a car she’s not researched, she lives in the UK as a pedestrian who has to go out in all weathers, and reckons it’s believable that she DOESN’T OWN SHOES?!

Charity shops, supermarkets, eBay, Vinted. All of them sell shoes for a few quid. She’s lying as well as stupid.

When her foot slips off the accelerator, the flip flop gets jammed under the break, while her kids scream in the back and she veers into the path of an innocent family, I hope she remembers saying ‘sandals aren’t illegal.’

Several hours on and I'm still randomly chuckling to myself that she apparently doesn't have proper shoes.

Of course she’s now gone and bought herself a £110 pair of trainers on a whim for driving in!

I’m glad she’s taken note and is keeping her kids safer but how can she afford New Balance trainers on top of a new £200 a month insurance bill plus £100s monthly in car finance payments and upkeep etc?

If she’s this flush then why is she hogging a council house that could go to a family in greater need?

I wish I had a spare £110 to buy frivolous things with, as opposed to the £27 I do have.
I'm glad she got some shoes, but why do they have to be so expensive just for driving shoes? A cheap pair from the supermarket or shoe zone would do the trick for a pricey £20.
It's just not that relatable. Does anyone know what age the children have to be for UC to say you need to look for work? As surely that will come soon. Then that will be affording childcare, which will tighten her finances. Does tiktok really pay that well otherwise, as she doesn't have a limited company?

I don’t know but I think in the old days of Income Support, when your youngest child was 5 you were moved over to Jobseekers Allowance and had to be looking for full time work. I imagine UC works similarly?

If you Google her (using her ‘real’ name Leighna) you can see that she was a bit more alternative before, she had brightly coloured hair, and she was writing and recording music. She actually had a cool style and a really lovely voice. It makes me realise how fake she is now, trying to keep up with the other bland instahuns in their NB trainers and be someone she isn’t. It’s sad.

Her talent is wasted on being a sob-story spinning, picture perfect mumsy influencer. Imagine if she used her well-established platform to start promoting her music now instead. When an independent artist writes something catchy that ends up going viral as a backing sound on people’s reels it can really take off, and she’s already got the advantage of a big following and pals with big followings. She’d actually be giving something authentic back, instead of being yet another performative carbon copy who exploits their audience for shallow and self-serving brand deals. She’d go up in my estimations if she was selling something genuine (her music) and not the same old tit every other wannabe influencer is.

When the youngest child is 3yo mother has to work so many hours a week or loose benefits.

If she's good at writing music she could be writing songs about the previous life !

See that would give her a whole new USP too. Atm, it's like watching a little girl playing dressing up and dolls and house. She doesn't know who she is. Instead she's trying to keep up with the Jones's. Which just doesn't work.

Exactly! How much more engaging (and real) would her content be if she wasn’t trying to be like everyone else, but was showing how she still makes time as a young mum of young kids to do something she really, really loves (and is good at) and to share that with the world. She could be exampling aspiration instead of just gritting. There’s only so many times you can re-paint your kitchen and have people find it interesting.

Hint: 4 times in 18 months is pushing it, Minnz.

I think my dislike for Minnie isn’t actually my dislike of who Minnie is, but who she is trying to be. I think she’s better than this.
