My worry is those young innocent children. If I was her mother I'd be stepping in. No way should she be driving so soon with them in the car.
I drove with my children the same day I passed my test, I was young too. If my mum had tried stopping me I wouldn’t have listened.
Why shouldn’t she drive with her children if she has passed her test? I would imagine like anyone else the first few solo drives will be to the local shop not speeding up the motorway.

No1 Reason Safety.

Satistically young first time drivers are prone to crashes and accidents and bad ones at that. There are some countries which do not allow new drivers to carry passengers until experienced,

There are parents who have lost their young children in fatal RTAs campaigning for this rule to come into force in the UK.

As evidenced with how her first driving test went, add in 2 screaming children and it's a disaster that could easily be prevented. Plus she's not even test drove this car before purchasing. I hope to goodness that nothing bad happens. But rushing into things isn't great.

Plus the fact she doesn't understand the dangers of driving a car in flip flop sandals as a new driver, in a car that she's not used to with 2 children in the back.

Oh wow, I did not even spot her footwear! How irresponsible of her! First thing she did was strap her kids in and drive a new car for the first time in bleeping sandals! Idiot! And look at her steering! Jesus Christ! I know we’ve all got to start somewhere but use your bleeping brain girl!

Did you see the part where she hadn’t finished stopping the car before talking out the window. It's worrying for all their safety as its risks that are so easily sorted, but could be absolutely traumatic.

It’s the overconfidence of new, young drivers that is most likely to get people killed - that’s why their insurance is so high. She’s already driving with arrogance about her skill. I know when I learned to drive my instructor was very strict about footwear, so much so I wore the same trainers throughout my lessons and kept wearing them for driving in after I passed even if it meant taking another pair of shoes to change into once I parked up.

This gives me the fear. Many years ago I worked somebody who was in a really bad accident caused by a driver wearing sandals. When I passed my test I promised myself I’d never ever do it, and I haven’t. I keep a pair of shoes in the car and quickly change, every single time.

Actually makes me feel sick realising there are people doing this, putting themselves and others at risk cos they’re stupid.

She's already said her insurance is £200 a month with a black box..... She really should get a pair of driving shoes, lace up trainers or lace up plimsoles. Let's hope no accidents occur that could be prevented by thinking a bit more.

I've been driving years and I still won't wear anything that isn't a proper shoe to drive. She's just so irresponsible. 200 a month for insurance with a black box is so much! After finance payments, tax and cost of running the car she's going to be paying about 500 per month for this car. How can she afford that?!

I get it, she was excited to test out her new car, but this just shows immaturity and impulsivity we shouldn’t have on the roads. She should have paused to do safety checks, like are her shoes appropriate being the first. I’ve a mind to report it as a safeguarding concern tbh, it’s just downright dumb.

I would say it's likely more than that. Add in cost of fuel plus wear and tear that should be saved up for.

Last post she's posted, her driving to the Mothers this video shows everything that is wrong wolith the UK. Benefits claimint living in a big detached house. Daughter same as mother.

Keep posting, it shows everyone what is like on benefits..the Government themselves need to see it.

I've laughed at this because I was similar. When learning to drive could only drive in this one pair of shoes. My test was on a Sat, had a lesson on the Fri before, got home from work and had forgotten the shoes!! Had to get driven pronto back to work and luckily the office was not closed for the weekend. I honestly thought I would never not drive in these shoes as for flip flops, so easily to cause an issue with the pedals.

She will need to be registered as self-employed and declaring her earnings to Universal Credit on a monthly basis, and they will adjust her payments from them accordingly making deductions if necessary (if she has earned above the threshold). They may ask also to see bank statements etc.
She really doesn’t seem the type to actually do this, she will leave it then just play dumb if they ever catch up with her for it.

Is it me or has she not even bothered to adjust the seat and mirrors to comfortable and safe positions for herself before just jumping in and going for it? The seat is too low for her, she’s stretching to see over the bonnet, and the way her leg extends it looks like she’s too far away from the pedals as well.

She’s just showing the world why under 25s are charged such huge rates for insurance, they are more impatient and less cautious.

I did think that, which are all very basic car checks. I can't figure out the placement of the seat belt either. It's just not sitting right. All these things should of be done before even setting off in the car. All these things matter for safety. There's so many distractions happening in the video with her talking, the videoing, not stopping when talking to her family out the window, the non supportive footwear, all which can easily contribute to an easily preventable accident.

She’s either thick or rage baiting at this point. She’s told someone in the comments that she only has sandals and wellies and learned in wellies and she researched whether it was illegal! 😂

Ok then Minnie, well done for researching whether it was legal to drive in stupid shoes, but did you research whether it’s safe? I could perfectly legally drink a pint of vodka and take myself off for a swim in the sea. It’s legal, but not exactly advisable is it.

It worries me that I drive on the same roads as cocksure idiots like this.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣💀.
bleeping wellies. For driving? Imagine the sweat and blisters. How can you move your feet to drive a car in wellies. If her driving instructor and examiner didn't say that she was being ridiculous driving in wellies or sandals then they really shouldn't be teaching people to drive.
Get some plimsolls Minnie, before you end up causing an accident with your kids in the car.

It blows my mind that she’s been a pedestrian all this time and only owns wellies and sandals? Didn’t she have to walk several miles home with her kids the other night? In sandals or wellies? Ouch.

I can’t work out if this is a show of how young she is, or how old I am getting! I wouldn’t dream of even walking around Lidl without some arch support and cushioning 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
