Defrosting freezer tip - food contents. Pile the frozen food in an empty sink. Contents like meat, chicken, fish anything you can't risk defrosting put at the bottom of the pile, veg and breads on top. Cover the pile with metal oven trays.
Get the freezer defrosting ASAP.
Use hot water in bowls in the freezer to help loosen the ice. Use a fish slice kitchen utensil to scrape the ice or a car window ice scrapper.

Everything you bin from your home, write down how much it cost, after a while there will be quite a pricey sum of money wasted. This money could have been spent on something/ put in savings, your car will need maintenance as cars do. Be proactive with the car, not reactive.

Our system is currently geared to support the wealthiest and support the poorest, but it completely misses out the ones in the middle who earn marginally over thresholds for financial support (and in principle should be comfortable on their income) and yet they’re the ones who take the full brunt of the cost of living with hikes in mortgage rates and council tax and utility bills and food shopping etc.

It’s obviously not always the fault of the poorest in society that they end up needing a bit of help, though little twats like this do actively make the choice to game the system at everyone else’s expense because they’re comfortable being waited on. It’s no wonder hardworking taxpayers feel like the Minnies of the world are a burden. It’s tone deaf, to be gloating about their spending and ability to afford to grow their family and their entitlement to a bigger house when actually… they’re not the ones really paying.

My friend is currently facing near poverty trying to get by on maternity pay. She’s paid into the system all her adult life, dedicated her career to public service, then decided to have a baby before it was “too late”, and now can barely afford to fuel her car. She would have loved a second baby but is seriously reconsidering whether that’s even financially viable. Meanwhile, Minnie’s never contributed to society and is like…

She’s in for some serious backlash. Never paid a penny in tax, 3 kids under 4, all provided for by the people who are having to sell the cars they worked for to pay their mortgage, and giving up on dreams of having a family of their own. I think silly little Minnie has a wake up call coming her way. Now would be a good time to walk away from having a public persona.

I notice she’s calling it ‘Baby Harris’ which also gives me the impression he’s less involved.

I don’t think babies should have to take their father’s name, nor should a wife have to take her husband’s, but I don’t see Minnie as the type to take a feminist stand. I think she’s already predicting (even subconsciously) that she’ll be a single mum again in no time. Baby number 4 with father number 3 before she’s 25, I’d bet my house on it.

Thing is. Because she is on benefits, in a council place as a single Mother. She is the playing the game to the full on advantage. She will use her own surname because she will still claim fully (get a 3 or 4 bed house) and will play the single mum even if he is around part time.

As we have all said. Living is very expensive, working couples are just existing & struggling. An early 20s fella even if earning very well for his age (doubt it) could afford to take Minnie on finanially. What man would want to ffs. Every bloke she shags and gets up the duff with will have their lives wrecked..their families too.

Silica cat litter is shit, I’ve had my oldest cat for 8 years now, the best litter we’ve found and we have tried many, is the wood pellet cat litter, we get a massive bag of it from Amazon, it’s under £15 for the bag and it lasts a month at least

The most extravagant I went in cat litter was trying Ever Clean (comes in a box) i think it is called..for multi cats..was crap. Suppsed to be more cost effective, no changing daily. I have a male and a female pedigree furbabies. The male will will pee and crap on any cat litter even the cheap clumping stuff. Madam only goes on paper cat litter. Anything else she wont touch and pees on mats and rugs and shites in front of the back door. That muticat litter didnt work for us! I wish she'd use wood pellets, she won't.

Corn litter by Amazon is what we use. Game changer! Clumps well, and no smell. The worst one I’ve used was the Morrisons own clumping one. Grabbed it from the Morrisons daily down the road from us when we ran out. Absolutely awful. The stench was unreal

My opinion is she got pregnant the first time by accident but Marley was definitely not! It was a way to make him stay hence him not treating her well as he didn’t want another child. This would also explain her - it was my choice as they clearly had a discussion about abortion that he was probably encouraging.

I wonder if she kept pressuring him to move in and he has made it clear he wants to move on. I wonder if she has seen the light as he went on a date with someone else hence the U-turn in her approach as not long ago she was saying he was moving in.

How does it work claiming benefits and receiving income?

She will need to be registered as self-employed and declaring her earnings to Universal Credit on a monthly basis, and they will adjust her payments from them accordingly making deductions if necessary (if she has earned above the threshold). They may ask also to see bank statements etc.

Here are just a few examples of how it was so abundantly clear to everyone on the outside that this would all end in tears. Why oh why was nobody in Minnie’s inner circle looking out for her, protecting her, highlighting the red flags we all saw? The only person ever to blame for abuse is the abuser, but Christ the signs were there and nobody stepped in. They all just watched naive Minnie drag her kids through turbulence. Even if it wasn’t DV, it looks and sounds like the whirlwind romance has come to an end (surprise, surprise) and now there’s another child in the mix.

If she doesn’t find better friends, within the next year she’ll be repeating history, loved up with someone new without a single thought about what appeal a 22 year old with 3 kids by 2 dads and no job would truly have to any sane, safe man.

She let this stranger into her children’s home, and without knowing a damn thing about the guy’s suitability as a father or a partner, she opened her legs without protection.

Lurker here but started watching the thread after that announcement she made. What a foolish girl she is - she’s let that young man into her children’s lives pretty quickly and then got herself knocked up equally as quick. She won’t have known if he was a good person or not when she allowed those things to happen but her job was to protect her young children until she could be confident this man she has brought into their lives was an ok guy.

Not to mention her little children were introduced to his parents and family early on too. We know of at least one time they have spent away with his family at Christmas time in a caravan. Doesn't know these people from Adam! The family would not be responsible enough to be around my children, letting them use sparklers with bare
ungloved hands and stood there beside the kids watching them flicking sparklers up close to their faces.
