Does anyone else think Michael is a narcissistic self centered prick?

I mean the guy can not stand to be off camera or to let anyone else make decisions, case and point

1. when his mother was here(the Animal kingdom lodge video) he was completely getting annoyed with her when she’d talk to the camera or make a joke on camera

2. His father at the Pandora, he kept saying”it’s your day dad, we’re gonna take it at your pace” yet this cuck made every decision and overoHis father’s decision

3. when his brother met him at Disneyland…. Pulls the same shit “oh we’ll do whatever he wants” ye to kept finding excuses to do what he wanted.

4. He can not stand to be off camera,I’ve watched his videos and noticed how he has to be in every shot..

I liked the guy at first but after that spa day on the cruise I realize the guy is a freaking wack job.

Someone posted on the tim tracker thread that Shawn in Orlando also made a video (page 28 of the newest thread - I don't have tiktok so I can't post). Hopefully all of this gets to Disney in some way. I can't wait to see if (when) michaels subscriber and view counts go down as a result of this.

I feel like in the coming days we are going to get some video of him crying and making up some reason why he didn’t follow the rules. He won’t take accountability for it.

I'm not sure why these Disney Vloggers aren't more transparent. You're choosing to vlog aka share your life. Michael was clearly not in DC for one day to say hi to friends and family and eat sushi at an unnamed restaurant. If you're going to share the trip, tell us why you're there.

That's the great contradiction of these vloggers, isn't it?

They invite you into their world, so to speak, showing either home vlogs (i.e. Trackers) or doing livestreams, superchats, etc. and / or giving info to dreamfinders, higher patreon levels, etc. in private convos.

They whore themselves out for $$$, gift cards, DVC stays, gifts from "very kind friends," freebies, perks of all sorts, etc.

But the moment someone asks them a legit question about their home life (i.e. questioning Michael why he'd keep referring to his "apartment" when he bought a $420,000 home in Windermere), you're instantly deleted, banned, etc.

Same with all these other vloggers. You question them, or find out info on them they may have been hiding (see Paging Mr. Morrow thread on here) and boom - they delete, ban, etc. change the narrative, blast people on SM, send their stans after people, etc.

It's like - don't get into this "business" if you don't expect pushback or people to find about the "real you," especially if one purports to be so damn squeaky clean all the time.

You can't invite people into your lives to get all the perks, handouts, freebies, etc. but then bitch about privacy violations or ignore questions about transparency at the same time.

Long time lurker here. I used to really enjoy Michaels vlogs back a couple of years ago. I always thought he was a bit of an idiot but in a way harmless.

His actions this week are just unacceptable. Going on a cruise unvaccinated or even with his dumb brother unvaccinated is just disgraceful. They’ve been around the parks with no masks (when the rules stated for a while, only take it off if you’re fully jabbed) My comment asking ‘are you vaccinated’ has also been deleted..

Michael and his brother need cancelling, absolute disgrace. Entitled dangerous people.

I don't feel sorry for Michael. He's living in a $420K, 5- or 6-bdrm house he bought. Making at least $3,000/mo from people giving him their hard-earned money to fund his gluttonous lifestyle (not even counting the YT money)

He purposely misguides people to believe things about him - that he's just an innocent little Disney nerd - who lives in an apartment. David also lies about jobs.

BOTH of them delete and ban any person that writes something on their YouTube channel that they don't like - even honest, constructive criticism.

His mother and father have a history of interesting things, including his father getting his medical license revoked for getting in trouble w/ patients for practicing psychiatry as an ophthalmologist (or whatever he was). Supposedly having sessions in his truck and staying in hotel rooms with patients. I remember also reading that he threatened patients at a gun range or gave a gun to a patient or something. Prescribing drugs to addicts... heavy stuff.

Michael also developed a Grab and Go Guide to Disney he tried to peddle years ago. Had the whole family in on the thing - complete with a strange ass informercial I remember seeing (it may still be on the internet somewhere).

The whole family has been in shady money-making businesses, including the Dad w/ medical blog asking for $ for opinions, and David fudging his LinkedIn....

I don't feel sorry for ANY of them.

Kyle Pallo was on the same cruise as the Kay couple and already has 4 videos up. Same with JoJo. Videos are averaging 25/30k.

michael has zero cruise videos and I assume he won't get anywhere near the same amount of views.

sorry Michael, there's younger, better looking, hardworking guys that are literally blowing you out of the castaway cay water

I am so sorry you had to deal with him. At least you dodged a major bullet! I think I signed up for an account here after I watched the video where he dressed up like Prince Charming for Halloween and was being extremely creepy with the princesses. I almost died of secondhand embarrassment watching it.

MK puts on this happy persona but I get controlling vibes from him. He loves all of the rules (he was seriously excited about the “no swearing” rule - I don’t make a habit of swearing when I’m at Disney because there are a million kids around, but will Michael melt if he hears another adult say “oh shit!” at the parks?) He’s very Michael Jackson-like, and that is NOT a compliment.

Also DC_Darling: do you know if MK’s dad is a lot older than mom? She looks like she’s in her 60’s, but dad looks more like 80-something.

Yes his dad is WAAAAY older.

And yes, you’ll all be glad to know that I have found a much more handsome, caring, and successful man who embraces my love for Disney instead of obsessing over Disney and while he has been testing the limits of that medium shirt I became a boxing coach… so no Creepy Kay will even get close to messing with me again

Not sure I have any end game any more than anyone else. I always find it curious though, that people see those with even slightly neutral or positive things to say about vloggers as being suspect. I also find it interesting that the many that come here to gossip about vloggers are just as emotionally invested in these vloggers as the stans that they always mock so much.

These vloggers are simply people creating videos and making money at it. I suspect some enjoy doing it, thus they keep doing it. Making money doing it is even better. Deceiving people is not okay however. But people still need to watch out for deceit and it is up to each person to determine how they spend their money.

I do agree with many that the overall social media has not been something good for society, but not just because of how vloggers act but also because of how people who rail against them act. If one doesn't like the videos, just stop watching and worry about yourself. SOciety will likely be better for it.

Well, first off - it's a gossip board so yes, if people come on and talk positive about a vlogger when everyone else is obviously (per the nature of the thread) talking smack about them, then I don't know what else type of reaction you're going to expect?

RE: being emotionally invested in a vlogger. I don't know if I'd categorize it as emotionally invested. I mean, for me - I haven't watched a full Mike or Dave vlog in I don't know how long. I mostly get my updates from here or a quick few seconds' scan of a thumbnail or vlog content.

Sure most of us come on these boards daily but it's really just to shoot the shit and talk about the dumb shit a vlogger puts out there. And you have to admit - CRYING over a White Castle chicken slider is dumb shit.

But in no way would I consider myself (or others on here) emotionally invested. There are stans like Theresa from NJ or Kelly Wertz that would have an absolute VOID in their lives if the Kays went away. Me? Not so much but I'd miss the banter with all of y'all. THOSE people are emotionally invested in the Kays, not a handful of people on a gossip board critiquing the latest dumbass travel vlog of Dave "I wear jeans in Miami and complain it's hot" Kay.

Edited to add: Really, the only reason some of us are on here is because we first found the GG board and eventually traveled over here. And the reason that happened was because stuff started not adding up with different things he (or other vloggers like the Trackers) would say. You get curious and you find other like-minded. It's not really that deep.

Both Mother and Father Kay come across as super weird to me. Is his dad like a lot older than mom? He looks like he’s pushing 80, whereas mom is looking more like 60’s. They can’t be normal if they raised two kids like MK and Dave. Both are using the Disney lifestyle as a way to completely escape reality.

Hi … yeah unfortunately that’s me Basically I confirmed most of what everyone suspected, shared his code names for dirty talk (rock/gems), and provided some insight on what dating him (when he was more normal) was like… he is exactly the shitty person you suspect.

Also since it came up, I can confirm his political leanings are very Trump. We had some blow out arguments over that at the end since he couldn’t begin to comprehend that I had different views than him and wouldn’t back down on my stance.

talked to a friend of mine who is in Guest Relations. I was told I should email guest communications about them. I was told if there is proof they are breaking the rules chances are they will be removed from the media list and possibly loss of pass. Of course they could not guarantee any of that, but it is a good way to alert them. I was told other vlogers have been kicked off the media list and passes suspended for this exact same reason. So I encourage you to do what I did and send a email.

Sent! Covid cases are on the rise everywhere and unvaxxed people like Michael and David are the problem. Isn’t their father a doctor? Every single person I know who has a medical professional in their family is vaxxed. Maybe MK & Dave are rebelling against their father by not getting vaxxed. I would love to know more about the RO MK “went out of his way” to file against Daddy Kay. Daddy Kay looks like he’s got one foot in the grave so I don’t know what MK was thinking he might do to him. Tell him he’s out of the will if he continues to post shirtless pool photos & videos on the internet? Force him to throw away his medium shirts and replace them with large ones? Slap him across the face for wearing a dragon on his shoulder at the parks?

The dynamic of that family is truly fascinating to me.
