The audacity of it.
There’s a way of dealing with people. She’s evidently got zero people skills since she’s got no actual friends. She’s vile. People are still dumb enough to buy this tit though and she probably thinks they are, too. I hope who ever emailed her today, yesterday or whenever sees this and doesn’t buy from her again.
I know self employed business owners who would be buzzing that they’d gotten orders and would go above and beyond regardless.
If she’s that inundated with responses, perhaps take her personal tit elsewhere and set up a separate account.

Yes I’m so glad others are saying the same!! I saw the stories today and thought WTF she literally made a deal out of Christmas Day not being a big thing and how she was working and going to the studio!? I’d started to think I’d imagined it, after today’s drama.
I’ll sometimes message businesses out of hours - I don’t expect a response straight away of course, but I’d be mortified if I’d messaged her and then seen those stories.

Oh and yes also agree about the stories about not knowing if he’s the one etc etc.. I think husband would be miffed if I was spouting stuff like that over my social media.

That post about emailing her on New Year’s Day made my blood boil! As @Missjefrose said, I email at a time that is convenient to me. I don’t expect a business response outside of normal working hours.
The fact she shamed a customer for doing that is ridiculous! She’s so bloody rude!

She so rude. I can’t bear it. I hope people wake up and cancel their orders. And don’t place anymore orders. I am embarrassed for her. She does not deserve loyal customers. And she’s now limited comments.

I still can’t believe she got married!
She’s obviously has trauma which runs deeps. I hate the phrase ‘daddy issues’ but she’s daddy issues personified. Sad, really.
I’m sure it’s brilliant running your own empire. However, be humble. You aren’t exactly saving lives to warrant your big fool energy. Your empire is a small fish in a large pond. You aren’t Badgal RiRi bbz. Be nice to people on the way up as you’ll meet them on the way down.
She’s going to learn the hard way and well deserved, too!

God, she is so rude. If someone emails on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day, they obviously aren’t expecting a response that day AND also, would she ever consider that they might be the only days a person may have been off work and available to email?? It could be someone on shift work or someone who has a lot of overtime due to COVID or someone who doesn’t celebrate Xmas?

I’ve gone right off her.

She really is so rude. Thankfully I don’t actually like her products - cheap bulk buy hoodies with a font emblazoned on the front of them - but I certainly wouldn’t be buying after reading that.

She’s such a mardy witch and I really don’t like her. Any self respecting bizniz gal would sort their emails in terms of urgency not the date they were bleeping sent 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

Clearly thinks that she should be the number one thought and priority of everyone - people who send emails on NYD do it because its the only time they have available not because they are demanding and naggy.
This just shows she’s never had a proper job so doesn’t understand how professional communication works. She’s comes across has childish and whiney - what business or company would ever want to work with anyone with that work ethic or attitude?
