I'm with you, I like George too, have spoken to him at Jimmy's a couple of times and he was always seemed up for a chat. Despite reading about the whole Diana/Megan crossover which is a dick move on his part, he seems like a nice bloke.
It's worrying that the ellabode account is gone. I echo everyone else's statements and hope she/George/the dogs are all okay and that there hasn't been a robbery or anything like that.

True! But then why has George deleted his account? Surely not sad enough to delete it to make us all squirm not knowing why. The Diana stuff is old news too, do you all think they’re all still really hung up on it after all this time? Genuine question as tbh they might be!A crazy ONO fan? There are only two aren’t there? I mean, if someone has gone to their house that’s obviously awful, but you’d have to be COMPLETELY insane to do that just for an influencer right? I’m not meaning to make light of it, but they already need to get over themselves.
The most likely thing is that she’s feeling sorry for herself in the wake of the BLM post and people calling her out on it.

D.g0152 said there had been tweets from girls and was a bit vague. He/She then said the tweets were removed cuz George accused them of slander.
Someone else said you can't be made to delete a tweet by someone's lawyer just because they say it's not true.
I just gave an example from my experience where my friend made an allegation against a male online and did feel forced to delete it.
Really hope the (vague and ambiguous)accusation about George isnt true for everyone's sake.

I was thinking this as I was catching up with the thread - she's mentioned having some form of anxiety for years and said in a blog post she had her first panic attack on a night out in 2018 or 2019, I can't remember. Also, can any long-time watchers of her channel remember a video where she said she'd used to "hide" behind George at Jimmy's because she didn't think she was good enough?! I'm sure she said something like that, and I was flabbergasted because I think Megan is a beautiful girl. If I looked like her, I'd be strutting around
@Purplepear hit the nail on the head saying that Megan gives me the vibe of never being able to sit still and needs things to fill the void. I remember in a video she said she used to buy herself a lot of clothes whenever she'd feel down. I myself used to suffer badly from anxiety (barely-being-able-to-leave-the-house kind of anxiety) and still sometimes suffer bouts of depression, and I worry that Megan has been supressing anxiety she's been mentioning for years and not going to a therapist. Being busy all the time isn't a great coping mechanism...

This is a v interesting theory. I could deffo see it being true for some of them!! But for Megan, she has still been posting ads and so I'd say was probably still classed as working? Maybe that's why George deleted it all, he'll deffo be getting government help and so can't really be seen to be doing anything else.
Yeah someone I know had purchased a size small top from them, she later got an email saying it was a glitch and they didn’t have any smalls so she asked for a medium instead.... then they sent her a size XS

I think it’s because she portrays this image of being soooo normal and down to earth, just a regular girl, but she’s definitely not. Her family have obviously done well for themselves and she’s had a head start in everything.I'm also loving this thread! I've followed Megan for years now and loved her, but now her content, clothing and homeware has become unattainable for the average person, especially in these tricky times. It's nice to have a place to vent about her. I still really enjoy her content for the most part, but I have to pull up this quote from Mermaid456 before that really struck a chord with me:

I'm sure it is not really the case, and I know Instagram is a highlight reel of someone's life but things just seem to come so easy to her? She landed the guy of her dreams, moved into a cool flat within a few months (it was the first flat they viewed, no need to do the gruelling flat viewings that most of us have to do), moved into her house that she paid for by herself, did the house up within the year, gets to travel all the time, perfect family... etc etc etc. I'm only a year younger than Megan and find it difficult not to compare myself. Like, why am I not on my second property and about to get married?
She’s very likeable which has obviously helped her along the way, but she’s not the same as us.
