I honestly can’t say I’m excited for this album at all all the rehashed covers are awful … I just feel it’s pure laziness and a money grab the fans deserve better surely they could’ve done new material it’s nothing to be excited about they’ve ruined some great songs especially meet you there with that Ben singing and his voice has ruined a good song

Am I right in thinking there’s two pressings of the busted only vinyl and nothing for the features version? I’m gutted if so.

I don't mind the collabs (who's Charlotte? 🤔) but don't understand why they didn't feature Hanson in a Busted song? Mmbop has nothing to do with the rest of the album

So James can live out his fantasy of being in a 90s boy band

The collabs have been awful so far. And it's so lazy. It's clearly to get fans of other bands to listen to them instead of writing new songs

This. We were listening to Kerrang radio yesterday in the car and Meet You There 2.0 came on purely because Neck Deep featured on it. Never heard Busted play on Kerrang before so I definitely think they've chosen bands who they can get a new fan base from. Personally I've never heard of Neck Deep but I'm not 'down with the kids.'

100% feel like James has never grown up and moved on whereas Matt and Charlie have families etc.

In a quick money grab they’ve shot themselves in the foot because they have ruined their legacy of amaizng songs with crappy covers which are overly produced and sound robotic

I think the fact that they were finally accepted by festivals like slam dunk and pop punk nights has gone to their heads, along with the fact these artists WANTED to work with them. When I saw dashboard confessional all I could think was how chuffed Charlie must have been. It feels more like it was for them than for fans

Have they said why they didn’t so the singles of their reunion albums? They had singles there too. Although charted poorly they are still singles!

The album release seems lazy. They were advertising the collabs a lot at first but then there was a big gap with nothing in between, and they'd be like here's another one as if they'd just remembered. The release dates of the collabs were all over the place with no structure

It’s very telling that they just don’t care. It’s all a box ticking exercise so more money lands in their bank accounts.

They're selling the album and bundles quite cheap, I feel like they want to get the number one album they've never had more than they want the money tbh
