She still follows him so she hasn’t blocked him, she just manually unliked a bunch of his posts 
not all of them but everything from last Christmas onwards.
They both deleted posts of each other but unliking posts is another layer of petty. It’s definitely the kind of thing I would do if I was pissed off at an ex lol
