If I was in her position and had lost alot blood mid labour my priority would not be getting into the Downtown Abbey vibe nightie and getting glam for the gram. Seriously I dont know how following her would be of any benefit to an expectant mother. Thankfully baby is safe and healthy and no harm came to either.

Who is she trying to impress with this carry on. Its bizzare and so sad. Any mother out there already knows there's no way you would be in white straight after birth and any expectant mother would know that every hospital list specifies packing dark nighties etc for obvious reasons. I get the appeal of such photos but the day after?? Wait until your home and doll yourself up if needs be but why the desire to carry on like that while still in the hospital. Just be bleeping real.
everytime I stood up for the first days in hosp I felt a gush! No to mention not realising I was shitting myself after labour and pregnancy did damage to my colon and bowel (not to scare anyone thisIt’s all for the gram Martina should be bonding resting and all those natural things you do after giving birth. I just hope no body is influenced or feeling crappy about their lives cause they can’t get time to take a shower. It’s all fake! keep it real girls

I had a read through some of the comments under the name post and a load of commenters were sharing about their Theo's and how they chose that name for their child - how do they not realise that Martina couldn't give a flying fig about them, their children or the 'coincidence'* that they chose the same name?!
