Not surprised. A few years ago she took Fleur to France to do a promo for Jacardi or Bonpoint, and it involved driving around Paris in a Mini with no seatbelts on.
I remember that! Irresponsible and inconsistent parenting, time and time again. Keeps choosing freebies over her kids. And that pathetic husband of hers is just as greedy as her.
Also, she's been showing the girl's face, yet again. In that post 
and on stories the other day. As she always does when she has to "pay off" a gifted holiday.

What hints have there been that she’s pregnant? I haven’t noticed any!
It's just that some of the outfits she's chosen recently have been a bit more voluminous than what she usually wears. So it could be nothing - maybe voluminous is all she's getting #gifted with these days!
She has written about a third quite recently on her Substack, and her youngest just turned two, so... possibly? I thought she looked a bit puffier in the face and around the middle.
If so, I'm sure Nikki is negotiating with the tabloids as we speak, who will exclusively announce the happy news.
🥱She posted a selfie in a pink kaftan on her stories where she looked quite round. And I noticed that her face has looked a bit puffier lately too. Plus, that long break is quite suspicious. I've seen so many influencers go quiet during early pregnancy, when the nausea and fatigue are hitting hard.
If she's shilling her pregnancy announcement to a tabloid again, she'll have to put quite a bit of effort into hiding her midsection over the next few weeks... we should be able to tell quite soon
. Last time around it was obvious weeks before her announcement...Gosh, I remember when it was only actual celebs who would "reveal" their pregnancies via a tabloid or spread in Hello. These days it's any influencer with a half-decent agent!
I thought the same, particularly in that wrap dress today. However, it she is, she’s 100% trying to drum up interest by showing snippets of her stomach in wrap dresses as it would be a lot easier to hide that than she’s trying to!
Also that reel where she's cooking figs in that hideous stripey dress with the ruffles. If you look closely, you can see that it's quite tight around the stomach. But then again, maybe it's just that monstrosity of a dress... 
She was posting loads of underwear/ bikini pics and GRWMs previously too
