Lol I love how they are so big on saying how financially responsible Luca is. Ok let's remember he-
- has no education
- was given a job by mummy and daddy
- does ?????? unsure what
- has a multi million dollar trust fund.

I find the girl maths thing they're trying to make happen really reductive and sexist actually.

My god I saw those photos quickly and thought they were taken at home!
It looks like she just rolled out of bed and didn’t wash her makeup off from the night before.

Right?! Girl math is sooooo 1990s. And i also couldn’t care less about what netball position Clare thinks the queen would be.

sometimes they just need formula. And that’s ok. Cup, syringe and sns are really hard on mum’s mental health - I wish we just focused on getting the weight on
Sure, but without being in a particular mother’s circumstances, it’s hard to say. I wish we focussed on respecting individual mother’s wishes and providing accurate, unbiased education and support. It was absolutely woeful for my mental health to constantly be told to use formula when it wasn’t the issue in the circumstances I had with my son, and he couldn’t take a bottle. What helped was good IBCLC support. I had a long, complicated journey with him and found syringe and cup feeding helpful. Some mothers find that being supported to breastfeed using an SNS is what is good for their mental health. I have a friend who had had a breast reduction who did this and loved it. Others will find their mental health is better served by transitioning to formula, and if they feel they have had the support to make that choice and feel good about it, great.

I feel like all their content is parenting now? It used to be a bit more balanced but it’s all just millennial women talking about having babies. I am a millennial woman but I don’t have kids and feel increasingly isolated from their content.
I have come to find Clare worse than Jessie. She’s more shallow. The girl maths and netball position things. No one finds that interesting do they? And addressing everyone as ‘sweetie’

Just want to say that as a millennial woman with kids I also find influencers and podcast hosts talking about every tiny element of their parenting journey (sleep, starting solids, toilet training) really bloody boring.

Girl math is LITERALLY cost per wear - which is NOT a new concept
they've just rebranded it bc they are making the world a better place for women and girls
same with the netball positions obvs - bc only women and girls play netball

I don’t think anyone is denying there are lots of ways to approach this, we are all saying the same thing and not pretending to know their circumstances (also this is a snark forum) but Jessie carrying on about it and this disturbing lazy gewl narrative whilst the baby looks skinny is getting old. Just focus on feeding the kid and fattening her up or stop sharing it on social media.

I’m the same. I’m deep in infant/toddler mode, and I cannot.

Especially when it’s all just spon con really.

The tagline at Mamamia should be, 'We didn't go to uni' or 'We don't proofread.'

Your baby has reflux
She’s not lazy
She needs the special formula
Since you’re the lazy one:
You’re welcome.
