This picture really shows her hair for what it is.
Without an expert colourist like Nicky or Despina, she's ended up with this high-contrast highlighting and it just looks like greys all over. No doubt she specified that she wanted NO RED TONES in her hair, but because her natural hair is so dark it needs some warmth or else it won't blend in, looking like grey hairs instead.
There appears to be no root shadow or melt, so it's going to be very high maintenance as she'll have to keep getting her roots touched up every few weeks (she said herself that her hair grows very fast). Otherwise there will be a very clear line of regrowth, and she will have what the Japanese call "pudding head":

The ends are dry as hell, even with all the olaplex and hair oil it looks like hay.
