Here’s one that we didn’t discuss at the time? Maybe Zara has said she is happy to rent with him but doesn’t want to buy? Maybe that’s why she’s in less videos and wasnt in that melodramatic videos?
Well, her job won't let her flexi-work now so she is stuck in London or facing a huge commute if they move out to a cheaper area. It's put a spanner in their works before they even try buying a house. She's not got the maturity to make it work. Luke would have DIY content but she'd be sitting on trains for hours or in traffic.
Well there was definitely some kind of tantrum going on between them in that vlog. When he started that intro back at home, he already looked upset whether than what anger, emotional or whatever. But you could cut the atmosphere with a knife in the ping pong curt conversation about the dogs. Great to see something less fake on a vlog tbh. 
It was quite interesting that he left Zara's snide bitchiness in his vlog this week. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a fan of the lad, but living with that sour faced "piece" day in day out must really get him down. If he loves the countryside as much as he claims (& is getting fed up with London life), move back to the North East where there is green space galore & houses are a fraction of the cost. Other influencers live outside of the SE, and do well. Or maybe he's afraid of going it alone.....who knows?!?
There are a lot of people that live in Durham and work in London, I know Luke loves the “London” lifestyle and his blogs/Insta have gained him his popularity from this, but it seems as though him and Zara are on different paths.

I have such limited sympathy for him because he is a big headed, boastful plank…but I’m guessing he could probably afford to buy a decent place on his own in the North (or a fixer-upper for content) and that Sour Face could continue to afford to rent in London by herself or with another friend (if she has any). Luke could easily crash with Sour Face or Mr Carrington on occasions that he has to be in London for “work”. They were so stupid getting a dog together and putting all their property eggs in the one basket. Plonkers.
If he reads these comments maybe he'll come to his senses and bin the witch. I can't bear his gurning smiley face at the beginning of each vlog, but I think he does have potential if he leaves stinky London, ditches witch-face & tries something different.
I think he knows he has a very London focused content. Most of his freebies are to London restaurants/events and if he has a limited social life now he will have none in the countryside. How many dog walks and picnics can one show on youtube! I think he is staying in London until he builds up his cooking/eating side of videos.

Lack of life experience is Luke’s problem. His channel has become quite stale. He does the same thing over and over again. He hasn’t even got Zara his side kick to tag along with. I agree at 24 he should be enjoying his life. He has done well to have saved £15K… however moving to Bath is a pipe dream at this stage. I do think Zara’s priorities have changed. She’s doing well in her career and I really wouldn’t be surprised if she was offered or went for a job in somewhere glitzy like Dubai. Hence the embarrassing self indulgent video. He has a nice life but is definitely in a rut. Working from home on the back of a two year pandemic must be awful. I did like his channel initially but now all he seems to do is by unnecessary furniture pieces and give lame reasons why… they were gifted donated or found.. and painting walls to go with the new additions.. his cooking is boring…. the channel really seems to have lost it’s way. One minute he’s a vegetarian then he eats fish. The next he is being frugal but buys anything he can’t pick up from Aldi in Waitrose. I remember him having an electric BMW…. Then an older 1 series BMW and now the Mini. There is a sense of desperation and I feel that he needs to focus on one core aspect for his channel. Multi interest multi tasking doesn’t seem to be his thing

Every vlog is pretty much the same week in, week out.
I think he may have been hoping for offers of new opportunities and doors opening (as they have for best mate Mr Carrington) when he featured in Hello of being an ‘exciting up and coming You Tuber’.
In fact little has changed. He’s hardly added to his YT sub count (no idea about Instasham
I don’t use it) and content is stale and repetitive. I’d also be surprised is him and Zara ever buy a property together. Their lives seem to be moving in opposite directions with careers etc.
I completely agree with this. In London it the same old every year same events restaurants pubs, meeting up with Mr C etc... Then the decorating of the living room in which he uses the same kind of colours so nothing really different to be a wow factor. I do think if he left London and went back home he would have a different content to show and we would probably be interested in his life up North. He could still come down to London on special invited trips and it would be a fresh content as being away from his norm would maybe show fresh eyes than always being in the same loop. Zara would not be missed in his content as we all basically say the same thing that she is a miserable spoilt diva and it would probably do her good to branch out on her own. Don't forget they have been in each others pockets since Uni and I think they need to become independent of each other. The only thing is Maggie if they did go their own way who would she end up with.
