Plus that’s saying she can walk to the station? If they live further out, then she’s going to have to pay for more public transport or to pay and park at the stationExactly a slight pay cut would leave more money than having to pay train fair

Oh my Christ , I thought £350 a month when I commuted from Kent was bad !!! I hope she’s not planning on commuting , that is horrendous !!For 3 days a week it was/is £825 a month….
This is why I don’t get why they picked bath! It’s not like it’s close and yes the city is lovely but the reality is you won’t be living in the city. Plus the train is 90 mins, not to mention then having to get the tube to where she works? So she is looking at a two hour commute. Now it’s not like she works in an industry which will be at home forever, she will still have to do viewings etc so has to be in London….. she seriously needs to reconsider her plan with lukeOh my Christ , I thought £350 a month when I commuted from Kent was bad !!! I agree with what you are saying but they were talking about this before covid...so before any working from home for her...still very far though. she is going to hate 4 hours commuting daily just to buy a house that he decorates and fills when she is commutingThis is why I don’t get why they picked bath! Exactly !! I looked at her LinkedIn and she’s a property manager so surely she has to be nearby for these properties that she manages to do viewings etc … if she is not planning on changing job then she’s naive .. I found a 50 min train journey and 15 mins each side to travel to my office / house quite tiring - I could never live further away than that .. £800+ on travel a month is not worth it for any job !!This is why I don’t get why they picked bath! Hahahah exactly this. She would be such a stunner. At least she finally figured out that the mismatched foundation (or concealer?) around her eyes and forehead is a big no-no.Zara seems lovely, but I really want to introduce her to my lash girl (those falsies are horrific) and get her a proper foundation match. And find her a new housemate.
There was a video just a couple of weeks ago it was a Q & AI bet Bath is in the backburner. Haven't heard about the future house in so long.
I don't watch him anymore but I always used to think I'd love to do her makeup. She's beautiful but her makeup is horrific.Zara seems lovely, but I really want to introduce her to my lash girl (those falsies are horrific) and get her a proper foundation match. And find her a new housemate.
Agreed Zara is lovely but the foundation really gets to me and the over contouring she doesZara seems lovely, but I really want to introduce her to my lash girl (those falsies are horrific) and get her a proper foundation match. And find her a new housemate.
I think someone mentioned this before that in London the flats sell themselves, so any decoration might help/they can just white wash before they moveNew vlog is up and they've repainted Zara's room. Shocking! The most bizarre part is that their lease is expiring in less than a year. If I was Luke's landlord and found out how many times they've repainted the walls, I would not be happy.
I find it bizarre how much they decorate a rented property. I've always thought you couldn't really do much decorating in rentals.New vlog is up and they've repainted Zara's room. Shocking! I think it depends on your landlord.New vlog is up and they've repainted Zara's room. Shocking! The most bizarre part is that their lease is expiring in less than a year. If I was Luke's landlord and found out how many times they've repainted the walls, I would not be happy.
I mean if you’re in it all the time (which they have been given working from home and lockdowns) I don’t see anything wrong with it as long as they asked the landlordThat's alot of time and labour for a place that you don't own. It doesn't make sense
Luke, Mr Carrington and Kate McCabe have always done the rounds of the charity shops tho. I do agree on the decorating tho. How many more makeovers can you do ?He has to keep on decorating to keep up his instagram profile otherwise he is defiantly running out of context to share. Have you noticed he has done a Mr Carrington and gone charity shop shopping and Im sure we have got a bathroom make over coming on YouTube with self sticking tiles just like Mr Carrington did in his kitchen. If you think about it how relevant is Mr Catleugh in his superficial world
