Watched the Daily T podcast today where Camilla Tominey and Tim Stanley interviewed Christopher Morris who has written a book about Letby and her possible innocence. It was very frustrating and pathetic listening to his ridiculous explanations. Someone else jumping on the bandwagon to make money out of the families' suffering. It was clear from the discussion that the interviewers knew little about the case and Morris was talking absolute crap and clearly hasn't followed the case at all and has written a book based on other people's opinions like the 30 so called experts and David Davis.

Why is anyone giving this no-mark attention. It's frustrating that nobody challenges what these grifters are saying. I watched the book launch with Morris and John Sweeney. Someone asked him if he had read the transcripts from the trial and he said he didnt need to because it's irrelevant .

He also offered to lend her his car and left her some chocolate on the ward, and they met up at various places in Cheshire too shocking he’s died, wonder if she knows yet. I presume the court order stays in place to protect his family. I wonder if the media will attempt to get it lifted.

It’s already lifted. His name has been reported on the 6pm news, Dr Deakin.
Found unconscious in his car, in a diabetic coma. Recently sacked from his job, for gross misconduct, because of confidential patient messages exchanged with Letby.

I’m not worried about it receiving good reviews because the majority of the people reading it will be from the Lucy Letby fan club.

Oh dear.

It's only helpful to Letby if it contains correct information otherwise your just making money out of other people's misery.

April 2026 Update on Final Report
21 April 2026
In February, we committed to giving an update after Easter regarding progress on the report.
We are not yet able to announce the date of publication. Work on the report continues, and considerable progress has been made over the last few months.
The report will be published at the earliest practical date, however, it will not be published during a parliamentary recess.
The Inquiry will issue further updates regarding publication in due course.

I don’t know guys.. I’ve been reading a lot of Reddit, listening to John Sweeney, reading through Gill’s rants and I am starting to wonder if there is some truth in their stuff after all
She does have kind eyes.

@sebanna yeah but it's not getting through to them unfortunately. I think more people need to come out. There's very few from the guilty side willing to speak up. Susan Oliver is awesome and we need more of her!

You can completely appreciate why they don't come out highlighting the evidence of her guilt. They are like a baying mob with pitchforks if anyone disagrees with them and calls her the murderer that she is.

Doctor A's involvement with the Letby trial has given the media the opportunity to make a soap opera romantic drama story line. As his identity and looks have been kept from the public people have been free to use their imagination. This has led to his image as being much more sexy and attractive then the ordinary middle age man was.

There has been no other past romantic partners of Letby being mentioned, suggesting that she wasn't interested in having a boyfriend. I think Dr A was probably looking for a fling with her and she wanted a spy in the camp.

@Pulltheotherone it would appear so. There's even a new subreddit group dedicated to her innocence. I left a comment, which I knew would be removed anyway but couldn't help myself and this was the msg I got a little while later-your comment violates rule 6-no debating or leaving comments from a non pro-innocence or miscarriage of justice perspective

Boils my blood. I know they won't change anything and she's never getting out but I hate to see her get any support never mind people making subreddit groups dedicated to her innocence etc.

Jesus that's awful! Are these truthers who think he "betrayed" Letby? I hope they're not from the pro-guilt side as know he wasn't popular but those comments are way too far.

Its always the truthers. They are so warped and twisted they are genuinely convinced he dropped her in it. Imo he was a misguided fool who let his dick do the thinking but he wasnt a bad man just a really foolish one.

@AllieBee that's all I remember too. She was just using him, there's no way she was in love with him (don't think she's capable of that) and he was just taken in by her sweet little Lucy act-like so many seem to be.
