And their evidence isn’t even new anyway.

Yeah it is very interesting, especially since it was BNE who was the defence - now we don’t know if he advised JV not to have their pathologist take the stand and it was JV who insisted but again, similar to Letby’s experts, they largely agreed with the prosecution. I also think if I remember correctly, it was only some babies they could offer an alternative for and not all of them which of course is extremely damning for Letby.

I can't even read this shit anymore. It boils my blood. So disrespectful to everyone involved in the case and the poor families who cannot even grieve the tragic, but very deliberate by Letby, loss of their babies. It's cruel for them to have to see another article, preaching about her so called innocence. I've had enough, so God only know how those poor people can cope with it day after day.

Davis is a fool. He's clearly fed by the Twitter mob and doesn't even bother to check what he's saying. Not one MP spoke in support of his nonsense.

So they didn’t actually follow the trial then? A ten month trial reduced to a single - biased - 1hr documentary and they concluded the jury weren’t told stuff?

Not only that but I fear there is a chance their child was harmed by Lucy only for her to play saviour. Though the police ruled this out so maybe I’m being paranoid. I think Lucy had a strong compulsion to appear unflappable and in control and where her skill and intellect let her down she engineered situations where she could appear that way.

There is a transcript of David Davis's speech. It reads like Truther's bingo, sewage dripping from ceiling tick, shift chart not including expected deaths when Letby not on duty tick. I was surprised he actually stated, Dr Dimitrova theory, that baby O was killed by the doctor as a fact! He also accused the police of deliberately lying saying Letby was arrested in her pyjama!

Wow why on earth are they even entertaining this?! (I don’t know how these debates get decided). Surely the police conduct in her investigation is only up for debate if a MoJ was ever proven (which it won’t.)

The Inquiry can now give a further update regarding publication of the final report.

The report will be published at the earliest practical date, however that will not be until after the summer recess of Parliament.

I think it was emails from Steve that he could no longer find in his sent items

Susan Gilby tried to get to the bottom of it

I don't know if the individual concerned still lives in France or has to stay in the UK as part of bail conditions
