I think we are looking around Easter time.
So not being delayed indefinitely because Lady Thirlwall is scared Letby might be cleared.

what I want to know, is that if he’s so successful, why was he growing veg/farming on the documentaryI would actually love to see Lee give evidence in court in person, and cross examined by BNE. His ego is through the roof.
He's persisting even though he got a rinsing from the Court of Appeal for saying this. He's learned nothing.Shoo Lee is so annoying, there is great big massive holes throughout his reports yet he gives interviews to the press like he's the world leading expert. He states in the article that air embolism was diagnosed by the rash but it wasn't, there was the failure to respond to rescuitation, air seen on X rays and air globules seen on post mortem.
Dewi and Dr Bohin I think - but no speciality. Letby agreed the babies were poisoned which suggests her expert thought the same - Judith Moritz says that the expert agreed with the prosecution. Presumably the CCRC have all this and may well instruct their own expert.I’ve just read the guardian piece about Dr Hindmarsh being under investigation himself at the time of being an expert witness. Can anyone remind me whether there were other experts that also supported the insulin evidence? I think there were but I just can’t remember off the top of my head
I don't think poisoning was an agreed fact - just that Letby agreed it when she was examined. Thanks @Apostate i remember others being asked and did think the defence expert must have agreed since it was an agreed fact of insulin poisoning.
Interesting to see what happens from here.
Oh I thought it was an agreed fact that it was synthetic insulin? God it’s been so long that I can’t remember the trial properly. Might need to reread the wiki myself!I don't think poisoning was an agreed fact - just that Letby agreed it when she was examined.
