This is the problem with the stupid Netflix documentary
It included nothing about the case or evidence presented in court
And then random unfounded commentary about “other explanations” for the deaths

I can understand why someone who hasn’t read up on the case but watched the doc may think she might not be guilty

it’s so frustrating
I think their podcast editor that was on with them did a deep dive, she seemed to have a lot of interest in it. Also thinks not guilty. I can't stand Luisa, she's on a different planet entirely. I do like Anna though. Just thought it was interesting how the tide seems to be turning with a lot of people 😕

Im in the guilty camp, I just think there's too much smoke for there not to be a fire. The McCann Netflix doc was done similar to the Lucy Letby one. First half leaves you thinking they're guilty, then you are drip fed all this stuff to make you doubt yourself.
Ps I think the McCanns are guilty as sin!

I love the LuAnna podcast but I was so disappointed with their uninformed views earlier. It's frustrating how people think they are doing a 'deep dive' (as the editor said) but all they are looking into is the conspiracy theories, not the mountains of evidence that was heard in court.

I don’t know what to think of the McCanns to be honest as I have flip flopped on that one.
However what I am in no doubt on is the parents know so SO much more than they are letting on.
Terrible parents.

Yeah I don’t see how anybody could do a real deep dive on the actual evidence in this case and think she’s not guilty if I’m honest

I used to know Luisa Zissman, before she was "famous". Doesn't surprise me at all that she's jumping on the miscarriage of justice bandwagon. 🙄🙄

Sorry to derail, but was she as much of a melter as she seems?

I'm not seeing the tide turning

Very there were 3 American girls on YouTube rhyming in about it. They got so much wrong. They thought Dewi was a lawyer as he has been in other cases. They thought he was the only one to give evidence. It was really poor of ITN not to mention the other experts/ Doctors/ lab analysts that gave evidence.

I really wish something could stop this innocence circus, we need more experts coming out in favour of the guilty verdict-problem is they'd need access to all the medical records etc. and justice has already been done so they don't feel the need I guess. Imagine how those parents sat through that court case for literal months, the barristers and experts put in all that work, it cost the country millions and then you've got absolute jokers saying the trial was all irrelevant now! Oh well, she's still never getting out so there's that.

Yeah, definitely. She was very two-faced. She was actually pretty smart though, but very much a sheep and conscious of her image. That's why it doesn't surprise me that she's just going along with what is being said about the Letby case rather than exercising any critical thinking skills. 🙄

You think the McCanns are guilty of what, exactly?

Well that's just it. No proper sensible medical expert should be weighing in with an opinion without all of the information.

Don't get too dewy eyed over Sally Clark there was a lot of disturbing evidence heard in the trial about the boys. Her husband lied in the trial. After her release she was not allowed to have responsibility for her other child.
I can't find any record of this, are you able to signpost us to this info?

It's one of the clearest miscarriages of justice as far as I am aware.

Have a look at the case in depth and you'll see for yourself.
Ah one of them is it. No thanks, I read about it enough at the time and I don't believe they had anything to do with the dissapearance
of their daughter. Maybe you should be a Letby truther.

Again it's not the thread but I think the aspersion cast against sally clark is so cruel, the poor woman had to suffer the loss of two babies, be falsely accused of killing them, and then drunk herself to death after the trauma. There is literally no evidence (other than the debunked statistics) that support the idea that she killed them.
