The Datix forms should be stored electronically somewhere. I don't think it's possible to delete them. They may just be harder to find. Someone did delete messages though, that the inquiry needed, but they managed to retrieve them.

While Mark Mcdonald must be clever to get where he is, he does have a tendency to shout things that aren't 100% true in his media interviews.

Very co dependant family I’m getting so far but we knew that anyway, she had to work really hard academically for everything but was “ brilliant “ at Geography I think was the term used.

So Mark Mcdonald is confident that Letby is innocent and that a superbug killed the babies. Only two of the babies that died show any signs of infection and didn't have the tap bacteria. How is Mcdonald going to argue this to judges who are basing their decisions on actual evidence?

There are people on the link who (as far as I know) have no professional reason to be on it, so I guess members of the public can. Don't know what the 'vetting' process would be though.
