Find someone who looks at you the way MadNad looks at a convicted baby killer 💕💕
Where did all the lunatics come from? People citing this person and that person. If the "experts" were sure and were blowing this case wide open why didn't the defence contact any of them??? Why didnt letby do the research since she had years to prepare. No just poor plumber losing a days wages to say sometimes sinks get blocked and smell

A damning testimony

I don’t off the top of my head know but there is that information available as to how many deaths there were on the unit during the time she was working there. It’s in one of the hospital reports - any OG members please feel free to assist.
unsure if that report breaks down which nurses were there and which weren’t so it’s possible we are only aware of a number (I want to say 3 but I could be making this up) but not whether she was there/not there

edit - I think we also had the discussion at the time of how they report these figures so that even if a baby was born at Chester but didn’t get care there and died at home, they’d be reported as a death for Chester. Something like that.
again I’ll repeat the question, if the only evidence in the entire trial was “she was the only one there” and there were questionable deaths which she wasn’t there for, why wouldn’t the defence bring that to the table as that to me is a “smoking gun” for reasonable doubt. But they didn’t. Yet they would have 100% have access to the information you’re asking about
I'm with you 100%. But to silence doubters it would be useful to know all the numbers for certain. The defence has been criticised as not understanding statistics - I don't believe this of an experienced KC and his team.

Letby was convicted of 7 murders and acquitted of 2. so we know she was on shift for 9 deaths. Police were said to be investigating 15 deaths. What we don't know is if Letby was also on shift for this other 6. If she was presumably there wasn't evidence to charge her. This information may not be in the public domain.

You must remember how we found out she was there for all @slingo16 ? You only asked the thread about 782 times 😆
🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️. The RCPHP also confirms 13 deaths. I find it weird the duck tards are trying to push the lie that there were other deaths, as if the court will take people seriously who haven’t even got the basic figures worked out 🤣

not doubting you but is there a source for this?

yeah I would imagine that it’s not in the public domain but it sure as hell will have been disclosed to her legal team as to how they investigated all the deaths. And as you say, an experienced KC would have jumped all over this - the way I’ve seen it written it sounds like she was present for all.
It could be that it was mentioned in court to the jury but it wasn’t reported on 🤷🏽‍♀️ this is the other side of the coin, a lot of people (us included) are getting our information from the reporting which we know wasn’t great in the respect of how much information was actually presented in court

My guess would be she poisoned more with something less traceable or obvious. Maybe potassium. Bev A used this as well as insulin.

This is what makes me laugh about the petition the dirty little green thing set up, her only demand is that the jury get to hear about ALL the babies that died during that time period… I struggle to see the benefits of telling a jury she was present for another 6 deaths and there were none when she wasn’t around… if these people get their wish, Lucy would probably end up with more WLOs 🤣😭

What pisses me off as well is that people literally discredit and don’t believe the doctors when they say the collapses and deaths were unexpected. They’re like “oh but these babies were premature and vulnerable so of course they were at risk” when you’ve got paediatricians saying these were all unexpected, as if they don’t bleeping know what is and isn’t the norm in a field they’ve trained for years in 🤦‍♀️ there’s just no logic in a single thing they say, every one of their arguments can be discredited. Let’s hope Letby confesses one day - I’d love to see their faces then!

3,000 absolute numb skulls have blindly signed it too, imagine signing something to get a serial baby murderer a fresh trial, without even checking out the validity of the petition. 🤦🏻 world’s gone

Didn’t 💕💕💕Karen Rees 💕💕💕 say she was there for every single one? And maybe Gibbs too? ETA maybe I mean Powell?
Do the thickos ever correlate Letby not being seen with the fact it was usually the designated nurses break or not long after parents had just left? Give me strength.
Dr Brearey said Letby was present for every death on the unit in 2016 (12 or 13). This was also said by Judith Moritz on the panorama documentary.

Doesn't seem to be a day gone by these days without an article in her defence being published by reputable main steam media.
Lucy said on the stand that she would not have been expected to care for baby K, as she needed a more experienced nurse.

I don't understand why so many babies were dying, unless they were being attacked. Deaths in a level 2 NNU are rare as very sick babies are transferred out. There was newspaper articles, after the verdict last August, about two babies that died on the unit but were not included in the trial. One baby they thought Letby had killed but a postmortem found a heart defect another was a little boy who Letby was heavily involved with.

Thank you! I knew a consultant had said it on the stand and I’m sure it was quite a significant moment. Hoping queen @Tofino might be along soon and show us exactly when it happened.
There was a bit of Dr B’s evidence that Myers objected to wasn’t there, was that when he said there’d been more suspicions outside the indictment period 🤔 My memory is shocking!
I always felt like the why does this keep happening to you texts started very very soon into the case and so I’m sure she was doing other stuff before her course gave her the idea of injecting air.

The Mail being reputable is debatable, but Nadine Dorries certainly isn’t.

That being said, the Mail had some of the best trial coverage. Liz Hull was the journalist that attended the trial every day, and heard every piece of evidence put forward. Unsurprisingly her thoughts are very different to Dorries’, who of course didn’t even follow the trial, never mind actually attend.
