It just rehashes the same old crap that we've heard time and again over the past twelve monthsJust posting the article published in Private Eye. Haven’t read it yet so don’t have an opinion on it.

I don’t think it needs to be deleted, and that wasn’t my intention with my response btw. It was more by views after I’d skimmed it.Ok. Have asked for it to be deleted as no-one is interested![]()
Yeah I don’t buy that Myers thought the case was so weak he didn’t need to do anything to defend her. It’s a ridiculous idea when you consider the severity and number of charges. You would also do everything you can to disprove any of the evidence the prosecution are going to present. The burden of proof is with the prosecution but it’s like saying if you had an alibi you wouldn’t use it because it’s down to the prosecution. Just total rubbish. If you had actual evidence that there is no way on earth you could commit the crime you are being accused of, you would present it.I don’t think it needs to be deleted, and that wasn’t my intention with my response btw. I do wonder if anyone in the enquiry is going to jump on this like that article suggests (I went back over it after my post). It suggests they may try use it to not speak at the enquiry and also if any charges are to be brought, they’ll use this as part of their defence.
Another section I find baffling is if these experts are happy to state that air embolus could not be plausible then why weren’t they drafted as experts and put on the stand for the defence. I don’t buy what they say in that article that BM edged his bets that the entire case was circumstantial so he didn’t need to call any experts. I’m not inclined to believe none of these experts were willing to be consulted and those that were, agreed on the whole with the experts the prosecution called and their evidence should they had been called, would have not helped letby
yeah I don't buy the argument that Myers thought this was a weak case- he just had nothing to work with. "She says she didn't do it" is weak sauce.Yeah I don’t buy that Myers thought the case was so weak he didn’t need to do anything to defend her. It’s very telling Lucy herself also seems to refuse to engage with these ghouls. If you were actually innocent surely you’d be willing to listen to anyone that might have new information to prove you didn’t do it.
