I hope they do report it just out of interest. There might be a podcast.Do you think they will report the outcome as soon as the 3 days are done? I hope it’s a big fat no
As you can tell I didn't follow the case daily. So obviously you know much more than me.Not when you add in everything else from the trial for the whole 10 months of following it daily.
Have a lovely day![]()
Thank you for thatI know, I was shocked! But then I saw he made this notice…
Oh thank you very much!Sorry just added the link above.
It was the murders of two young girls in a small town in America but a lot of strange circumstances and will be an interesting trial. There are a couple of interesting podcasts on it which are worth a listen before the 13th if you have time!!
Imagine if some of those losers from the Facebook groups end up on the jury! There must be good and valid reasons why they have gone for retrial though surely? Was it one of those where the jury couldn't reach a decision?Probably an unpopular opinion but I’m not sure why they are going ahead with the baby k retrial. It was quite a weak case (evidence wise) and the fact a new jury will have to learn all the medical terms and protocol etc .. and for what? Shes never getting out anyway. And how on earth can she really get a fair trial for it? I mean how can the jury pool not be tainted at this point?
I think it’s just a bit mental tbh
Maybe best to ask mods to remove it.The stuff in that article is subject of reporting restrictions imposed by Goss and by the Court of Appeal. None of us here in the UK should be sharing it or discussing its contents

I’m not sure what the Delphi case is? Did that happen in this country? Probably worth me finding the thread you mentioned.Interesting. And that he will be covering the Delphi case. That goes on trial on the 13th May and there’s an existing thread on it if anyone wants to follow along.
