Police interviews are obviously recorded these days, are the also videoed?
If so, will these recordings and/or videos be played in court? Or will it just be a transcript?
With star and Arthur it sounded like they were being read out by the prosecution, like he was reading a transcript. But I can’t be certain.

From my standpoint (because I'm in the guilty camp), it looks like classic covering to me. I mean if you're murdering babies and want to cover that up, you're not gonna be texting people saying "really enjoying what's happening in work at the moment, get me back in there so I can do it some more" are you? (Not meant to be sarcastic BTW, just saying how I see it). If she wasn't on trial for murder, I would read it the same way as you.
I think if you don’t want people to suspect you and don’t want to bring attention to it then you would just not bring it up at all. But I do see both sides

I suspected this would be the case. Yet another thing being twisted and turned to fit the guilty narrative.
That’s exactly what I think they are getting anything that could look guilty or innocent. It’s wrong in my opinion, crack out the proper evidence, not fair on everyone involved. Searching for people on Facebook js not wrong, that is the purpose of it! It’s in the name. Blimey

That’s my view too, I wouldn’t bring it up at all! That’s playing with fire. Even as a child if I did something wrong I would sit there and hope nobody would say anything, even though I knew I had done it! Not ask them a question in relation to it.

Looking at the timeline, thank you @Tofino for all your hard work on the Wiki,
There were long gaps between murders. One in August, then not until October, then none until the following June with lots of attempts in between.
If she is guilty, does this suggest that she wasn’t trying to kill them but trying to cause a crash which would then give her attention/praise for helping save them?
If she had been so successful at murdering early on it’s almost like she became a bit incompetent at it?

Is there anyone doing detailed reporting today I’ve been following a Cheshire newspaper but from yesterday I remember their reporting wasn’t that in depth

A lot of you were asking if she searched for parents of children who hadn't died. Seems that was indeed the case.View attachment 1661636
Weird. Like I have only searched a client on Facebook once (it was cause she was a thundering c*nt). It feels like a form of voyeurism to me, what was she looking for exactly? We don't know yet if she had much of a life of her own, I'm guessing she didn't though.

People say she wants the attention though which I guess is one reason she may bring it up. But I think she got attention regardless of her bringing it up?? As didn’t her colleague start the convo of how she was, not her? Also you’d think if she wanted the attention she’d not say she wanted a break from work you’d think she’d stay working and try and get attention that way as well e.g. picking what cases she wanted due to having a hard time and not being able to deal with some like she had with baby B

Lucy searches lots of people on FB but doesnt recall a specific search on fb - suspicious.

Consultant is present at alot of birth and doesn't recall a birth he was present at - well he can't be expected to remember every birth he's attended.

It could be that she wants to keep the sympathy going. People will only fuss around you for so long before it dwindles.

Agreed, she just sounds like a concerned upset nurse who saw people lose their children. Nurses have to be compassionate it’s their job to be, they also have feelings and things get to them. Unfortunately my cousin lost a baby girl at 24 weeks, she was doing really well considering and she died very unexpectedly seeing as she was doing so well in NICU it was a massive shock. They didn’t find a cause… people need to remember how tiny teeny and vulnerable these babies are, it doesn’t take much at all for them to die🥹

I think your onto something. Maybe she genuinely needed the break because she didn't actually intend to kill the first baby just harm it enough to cause a crash and then enjoy the drama of it. She might genuinely have not been able to handle the consequences of the game she was playing!

It still doesn’t prove much yet though, did she try to harm those children too (just not on the indictment), did she go back to search for all families multiple times or just the ones she allegedly harmed? Because some of the ones she is alleged to have harmed she was still searching for two years later. Even if she’s searching multiple families not just those that died, I’d like to see frequency for each family. If there are spikes for the ones on the indictment that’s also questionable.

Plus her response in police interview is still an issue for me regardless. She’s supposedly doing this often with multiple families but she says she has no memory of doing so. I think it’s harmed her defence to be honest (not solely but significant).

Re the Facebook searches I could imagine a jury where there was some younger people could possibly relate to that more than a jury of middle aged people . For instance my dad would have no idea about Facebook searches and not be able to relate to why anyone would look them up . If that makes sense
