Tried to catch up, have we heard anymore on whether the CPS are going to press ahead with a retrial for the other charges with no verdicts? and I’m guessing there’s been no suggestion of any sort of an appeal?Not that the guilty mother fucker woukd have any grounds too 🩷

As if the police are going to tell him anything about the notes

This may have been said before but the line " How will things ever be like they used to" has changed to " How did things ever be like" the word "won't" been changed to "went" and "used" to "accused". They have just rewritten it. They have now done the same with the staff rota and added an " Unnamed nurse" who was also present at every collapse.

Welcome back! It’s pretty safe and quiet in here now.

there is a hearing at Manchester crown court on 25th September where the judge will hear if CPS plan to proceed with a retrial. I presume a hearing is standard either way and doesn’t tell us much.

Sooooo apparently Letby isn't even in Low Newton, she's still at New Hall on the med wing where she refuses to leave.

Some lass who's just got out of New Hall has been saying some bits and bobs about it.

Yet the Nurse Lucy Letby group freaks are adamant that they've called Low Newton and the switchboard woman has spilled all to them about her and told their Joe Public heads all about Letby

A really good way to get away with serial killing is to just kill absolutely everyone around you at any given moment. People get suspicious, kill em. Police interview you, kill em. Judge trying to sentence you? Kill them. Sorted! Next stop, cat sanctuary in Spain easy! If Lucy was really guilty, this is how it would have played out.

I knew the idiot had changed the those words. Apparently a policewoman from Chester Police has given him some more info since then . Omg where did you see the fake rewritten staff rota?

There's another Mark being silly on Facey. Apparently the babies were stillbirths, parents not told, too distraught to realise their babies were dead, so they were all put in NICU. Presumably to hoodwink the parents and fit Letby up. There's some odd people about....

She does tbf, I hate typecasting but going off her profile she's deffo served a stint or two.

What she's said isn't massive either, just that Letby is in New Hall (it's confirmed that Letby was there throughout trial) and that she was meant to be transferred on the 21st but is refusing. She's also on the 12 bed Holly House wing "where the nutters go" which is the mental health wing or used for prisoners who are at risk of harm. She said that Letbys always staring out the window and refuses to leave her cell. She said she got out on the 21st but she speaks to her mates who are still inmates, that she's still there and will update me when anything changes.

Oh she also said that there's lasses in there who aren't best pleased that Letby is in there

Letby can refuse to an extent and her briefs use all the media hype as a way to delay the transfer, being that she's still locked down.

On the nurse Letby Facebook page there is a link to it. It only goes to baby F as that's as far as there've got with the rewrite, there is an article about it but you have to sign up to read it.

This crosses a line. I can understand people being concerned about a miscarriage of justice and struggling to understand the case but this is just sick. It's horrible to have a stillbirth and it's horrible to give birth to a live baby who should survive with a bit of help which suddenly dies. To state that the parents didn't notice their child was alive when it was born is just ridiculous. The people posting this rubbish need to remember there are bereaved parents at the heart of this.
