I think he’s disagreeing with something that’s written in the ‘summary photo’ that you posted but I’m not completely sure. He doesn’t make any sense most of the time

The Letby stans seem to lurch from one conspiracy to another. One minute they are claiming the babies died from natural causes, then it was due to the sewage leak, then it mismanagement of care (not by Letby though because she is a super amazing nurse who can do no wrong) and incompetent doctors. I can't wrap my head around why so many people are desperate to defend her when the evidence is stacked against her and the crimes are the most heinous imaginable. Many of them talk about her as if they know her.
I can’t understand it either, it makes me so angry when they start the ‘poor Lucy she’s been set up‘ nonsense, some of them on twitter & FB say they can’t sleep at night & that they cry for her because her life has been cruelly taken away from her. They hardly ever show any sympathy for the babies or their families. The only thing they usually say about the babies is that most were going to die anyway. They make me sick
Someone's just posted an article on the Op Hummingbird FB group page a nurse who used to work with her. Far from all the nurses supporting her, it seems that there were a select few, who most of the others felt intimidated by

It annoyes me when people say the babies were going to die anyway, no they weren't, with the possible except of baby K ( who was very premature) all the others should have had excellent chance of survival.
