I follow ‘style me happy’ on Instagram (Emily) and buy her online mini shops for my shape and season. It’s a pdf of loads of items suitable for your shape and colouring, just click the link and buy! I’m also in her Facebook group which is extremely helpful. I used to buy so much stuff online and send it all back hating every piece of it. Now I buy too much because someone has done the work for me, finding things that will suit me! Only costs £11ish and I buy one every time she releases a new one (every 2-3 months depending what’s coming out in shops)

Ohhh I’m loving this idea, I’ll definitely going do that sometime in the new year, it really sounds fabulous and I love what you are saying about the work being taken out of it. Thanks so much for mentioning it. I’m all about delegation but I haven’t enough delegatee’s

Its beautiful. is that the Galloway hills in the distance? That’s where I am on the coast but keep popping into the hills and forest to explore. Will do more coast exploring next few days. Think the weather is turning again at the weekend.

you can pay for a colour analysis if you don’t know your season. She gives a sub-season too although the mini shops are just the four main seasons. I think colour alone is around £30, full analysis with shape, colour and links for s is around £60-70.

I already knew my shape and main colour (think I’ve guessed my sub-season but I’ll get that done eventually.)

Don’t ask the Facebook group for advice on what shape and colour you might be though. It’s generally sooo helpful and one of my favourite FB communities but Emily works really hard and is quite active in the group, so it doesn’t go down well when it’s a service Emily offers and someone wants it for free.

We joke about Lucy's love of Matalan and Peacocks but where do people shop for clothes? Late 30s rut and so much of the high street makes me go wtf is that.

I used Pinterest to put together a work capsule wardrobe and a home capsule wardrobe, of a couple of good quality basic tops/trousers/jackets/jumpers that all go with each other, so I could get dressed in the dark and in theory everything should go, plus means I dont have to think too much. Then have a couple of random Zara dresses that I just love! I tend to try on for sizing in store then buy off Vinted too, got an impeccable Reiss blazer for work for £8 and a pair of adidas trainers for £3.50 that are good as new.

Is anyone capable of supporting their ‘reasonable doubt’ stance by using only evidence from the case rather than finding things on the World Wide Web that they believe support their view?

Same! I didn't read past that because it's just not relevant. Why can't people understand that?

Staff room gossip at the Countess of Chester hospital, apparently. More likely to be someone bored and tit-stirring for the hell of it. If she had been sectioned, I'm pretty sure it would be in the papers. A student nurse friend who was on placement there a year or so back, said no-one was allowed to talk about Lucy.

They do talk about it hidden though , they wouldn't discuss with a student who might tattle back to uni , noone really stays in their job for 8 years anymore. The allegations go way back and people don't know her or know how it unfolded It's all gossip.
