Hello guys - lurker here, stepping in for a sec if that's okay? I've been following this case since the beginning, interested as I'm a nurse and have an interest in NICU for personal reasons
.
I've been following the headlines since the beginning of the trial, but not that closely until recently; then I started listening to a podcast and I've heard all the evidence from the prosecution and her defence and cross-examination. One thing I'm flabbergasted at - did she really only have one witness??? The maintenance guy discussing sewage from the sink?? Surely he isn't the only witness they could find? Have I missed some episodes of my podcast? I can't believe there would only be one witness, apart from Lucy herself?
Ps someone from my Trust was given a final warning for taking home one handover sheet! To have 250 + under the bed is madness!
