Sky news live from court just now, ramping up the coverage for sure
Saying there is huge press present today, think they are expecting verdict too!

Like I said, I’m a bastard and I hope I’m wrong but I don’t even think it will be this week. I just have a horrible feeling they won’t reach a verdict. It clearly hasn’t been clear cut for them.
I think it’s clear cut until you have the responsibility of sending someone down as a notorious SK on a WLO. You all know my views but if I was in that jury I would review every piece of evidence to back up my views made in court so that I could rest knowing true justice was achieved.

So the only possible outcome is that she did it? This is why she’s on trial to find out if she did it.

hardly stirring shit when we are all waiting for the outcome…I’m not coming at all you guilty thinkers and you all shouldn’t come for the NG thinkers…

But fair enough!
I think you will find your people on Facebook because we are not them. I can’t speak for everyone but the majority of us have been here since the beginning, we’ve argued, we’ve bickered, we’ve laughed together and cried together. We’ve all shared stories, troubles, celebrated the highs and lows and we’ve become an albeit slightly dysfunctional family. We have each others backs and we are all on the guilty side of the fence. We’ve had 10 months of discussions arguments and disagreements and we’re done, we are ready for a verdict now. You are entitled to your opinion of course but to come into a well established thread and start spouting not guilty isn’t going to be well received. We haven’t come for any not guilty thinkers. We’ve stayed within our lane and kept our discussions within this thread. You have stepped onto our turf. If you don’t like what we have to say you know there the door is 🚪 👋

Sick of hearing about how the NHS cover things up I swear to god. The hospital phoned the police on themselves after the investigation didn’t come up with anything PLUS given the fact she’s been under investigation for the past 5 YEARS I’m pretty sure the police would have found something. Look at her behaviour, how she doesn’t flinch despite all these crashes, how her colleagues seem on edge and nervous about them yet that slimeball is cool as a cucumber, how she’s so certain of the causes of deaths despite doctors saying they’ve never seen anything like it before.

If this is one great big fat conspiracy then explain to me how the doctors, the management, her colleagues, grieving and traumatised parents, the police, the cps are all involved giving the exact same recount despite having no communications with eachother.

At this point anyone is allowed their own opinion but to me it’s clear she’s a murderer, an evil waste of oxygen so I blatantly refuse to hear a single person defend her or her bullshit.

I just looked back and we were on thread 45 when the jury first got sent out. Now we are on thread 56. That’s nearly 20% of all the threads talking shit whilst the jury deliberate 🤣

I can’t believe tomorrow it will have been a whole month!

People are effing weird.

I don't find it attractive at all, but I can't help thinking if it looked like Shannon Matthews 'mother', we'd have had a verdict by now.

Reporter is saying "enormous media presence".

Also, thanks to everyone here for being respectful despite a difference in opinion. ♥
I'm biting my tongue love. Not because I'm being respectful.

Anyone who supports a baby murderer doesn't deserve respect in my humble opinion.

Anyway the ignore button is a fantastic function. But please know, you're being ignored and not respected.

I’m probably feeling a bit connected since my little sister was an NICU baby (born breech but the poor student nurse bless her didn’t spot it until she was coming out, so mum had to have an emergency c section. Nearly killed them both). They wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for the NHS and the ‘good’ nurses and doctors out there. I just can’t imagine how those parents feel to have left their little angels in their most vulnerable state with a monster.
❤ I was just reading back over the evidence for Baby E. Reading the mum's comment about it taking her longer than usual to get to NICU because she'd just had a C-section.

Threw me headfirst back into that walk, feeling like my insides were going to splatter over the floor as nobody would wheel me down. Desperate to see my son in NICU. Feeling unwelcome when I got there. Desperately wanting him to have my colostrum and finding out they'd thrown it away as they declared it out of date because the stupid fuckers on labour ward hadn't kept it frozen whilst they denied me my section and left me screaming in pain so they didn't have to do said section. 😭 I was heartbroken and completely fucked, and that's before you get to the reason he was in there.

I feel too connected now. 😔

I need justice for that mum so badly.

It's been called a salad bar for 15 pissing years, don't think you can just waltz in, fill your bowl with slop and rebrand the whole thing! Please refer to it as Salad bar in future or I will block you. You're messing with my chakras! And my menkle well being.

Think imma step away from posting for the night lads. I’m getting a bit heated and for that I apologise. I just want to see justice for those poor babies, and that means LL going away for a very long time.

Anyway I’m sorry for being rude to those who think NG. Myself and others just really really care about this case and are totally invested, and it seems that the thread is being ‘infiltrated’ by people who don’t know the full story at the very end.

Hell of a coincidence that the person ‘they’ve’ decided to scapegoat just happened to have a shit tonne of handover sheets and a note confessing to murder, that none of them would have been aware of when they chose her to blame…how very convenient. But we’ve been over this a thousand times. Some people just don’t want to hear it 🤷‍♀️

You can’t compare the other babies at all. That’s like murdering someone in a hospice then saying “well other people died”
Other people die every single day, they know what’s suspicious and what’s not

I don’t understand why thinking NG means supporting a baby murderer? If they think NG then surely that means they think she didn’t do it…

everyone has their opinions and I don’t think it’s fair to say they are supporting a baby murdered when not everyone thinks she did it.

I’m still on the fence NGL but I think I don’t want to believe it’s possible
We’ve had months of discussion, lots of debating and arguing over this as thread regulars, and the vast majority now believe she’s guilty. The things people are bringing up now we’ve already been over plenty of times. It gets tiresome when there’s nothing new being brought to the table is all.

Me personally, I have no problem with discussing the trial with people who can sensibly explain their reasons. Not everybody thinks the same way. What I can’t stand are the tone deaf people who throw out the same old regurgitated comments without having followed the trial closely and really considering the other side of things. I was on the fence for a long time, I appreciate it’s not been clear cut for everyone.

Nervous poster here :D

I commented very early on in the thread, but have been a passive observer since.

As a reluctant academic (uni lecturer and masters student) I have to say that you are undoubtedly the most astute, observant and brilliant bunch of humans on Tattle. Impossibly hilarious, kind and so empathetic to each other.

At the risk of sounding sentimental thank you so much for always being such a ray of sunshine throughout such an abhorrent trial. You beautiful lot never fail to make me feel more positive and less alone :)

Are you one of those people who believe the trial has sat for 10 months on zero evidence too? What’s your take on the whole thing? Genuinely curious.

It is a complex case for sure, but the people who say over and over again make me want to put my head through a wall.
It’s totally disingenuous to suggest anybody here is saying the only thing that makes Letby guilty is the note. It’s one of a multitude of things and tbh yes it’s a big one as far as these things go yeah 😬 I killed them on purpose. I’m evil. How unfortunate 😑

I took a nap and someone came out from a rock saying they think she’s not guilty? 🥴🤦🏻‍♀️ Oh my. Can’t believe the police have got it wrong and all these years of prep looking at the wrong person. Can’t believe they were looking at the person who was there all the time, who falsified documents, stole 257 documents, online stalked many of the victims’ parents multiple times, wrote a sympathy card addressed to all three triplets, said every parent, nurse and doctor were the liars, lied in court when asked the simple questions, kept a stolen document in a pretty keepsake box and even confessed she killed them on purpose and that she was evil.
There’s more but these all the basics.
