I won't sugar coat it. I'd go back to my man with a blow by blow account every day. Wouldn't be able to keep it totally to myself.

Death row meal. I'm lactose intolerant and have other digestive issues but it wouldn't matter anymore soooo....

Starter : meringues coated in dark chocolate
Main : grilled chicken burger with chips and bbq sauce and mayo dips in copious amounts.
Dessert : Nutella cheesecake
All washed down with sprite. 😍

As for threads if you want a good read go to the Marcus Mitchell threads he's abit boring atm but if your looking for an obese anorexic, benefit fraudster who fakes alcoholism and sucks off smackheads in the travel lodge for lines of coke. That's the place for you!

Dont know if anyone else watches EMMA KENNYS youtube deep dive crime videos

I asked her on twitter if shes following this trial and she replied she is. Hoping if guilty she does a vid for her channel
Emma Kenny believes that the bags can’t be directly related to Lucy.

She’s also already decided if Lucy is found guilty she would question the credibility of the verdict.

So I won’t be watching any YouTube video she makes.

I sincerely want to thank you lot, as I’ve had a deep fear of getting pregnant since I was a teenager and tbh babies moving in stomachs scares the bejeezus out of me, always reminds me of that scene from Alien. I still wondered if with the right guy I’d have an ankle biter, so kept a list of baby names.

However, the renewed fear that I’d lose my acute sense of smell and start craving the smell of petrol/ bleach/the inside of tennis balls, and eating dirt, has fully resolved the issue: I will never procreate. Thanks guys!!

Millions. Not like normal lotto. The big euro millions jackpot when it’s rolled over for 37 weeks and can’t go any higher 😂
I’d buy a good lawyer then give a million quid each to my best mates and all my family members, but the lawyer does an iron clad NDA that they can’t tell people where the money is from, because the last thing I need is my nan telling Donna from her line dancing club where she got the money and then they’ll all be outside cap in hand.

then I’d buy a new tumble dryer because mine is shit 😂

Thank you sweetheart … my mum always said it !
She’s at home still, she’s 85 and my sister moved in with her at Christmas to keep an eye on her. She’s gone from being the life and soul to not leaving the house since November 2019. During covid we did all her shopping and meals but I live an hour away and my sister is not massively sympathetic tbh. She refuses to take the medication the doctors gave her ( antidepressant ) drink her fortified drinks or increase her food intake. She refuses or leaves the meals that are made for her. She hardly speak to anyone now except me and hardly acknowledges my sister. I have begged her to come and live with me for a few months just to have a change of scene but she won’t leave the house. She has capacity so our hands are tied. The doctor said this week we can’t do anything more as she has said she’s had enough.
Its tough x

For all we know, he's already asked the jury that question and they've said 'We've agreed on all the murder charges and are just working out way through the attempted ones'. Let's hope.

I can't stop thinking about the parents. Their nerves must be shattered. You can see why court cases are described as 're-traumatising' sometimes.

I'd talk about it with my husband because he would not tell another soul. I would bet my life on him not talking to anyone about it. He is the best secret keeper in the world.
Yeah my husband would keep it to himself. I'd be more worried about me being a gobshite and sitting in deliberations going 'well my husband thinks...' and dropping myself in it 😂

Baby daisy decided sleep just wasn't her vibe last night, probably struggled to get comfy since she was running warmer. I can't complain because she sleeps so well usually, but I'm tired 😖 temp is back up to 40 too this morning, poor bubs.

My last meal would be:

Starter - Blue raspberry au vodka and lemonade
Main - Christmas dinner
Dessert - Chocolate brownie made by me
Drink - The rest of the bottle of vodka

Wonder what LL's would be. Something beige no doubt.
Letby’s last meal:

Starter: Cold soup with the weird skin on top when it’s sat out too long.
Main: Plain, watery pasta that hasn’t been drained properly.
Dessert: probably a plain scone or something equally dry/boring/bland just like her.

Hate to say this, but I feel like there’s going to be a NG verdict despite all your reassurances 😩 the thing is, this has just gone on way too long. There have been too many breaks, too many absences. Realising the jury don’t have all the evidence in front of them to go back over makes me certain they’ll almost throw the towel in and say look we can’t convict a woman to life in prison without understanding everything so I’m saying NG. Just feel like there will be a majority of jurors who haven’t been able to keep up with everything so they won’t convict. It will be the biggest miscarriage of justice in British legal history if so. But the poor murdered babies & their family deserved so much better than this farce. The police diligently gathered evidence, the prosecution presented it in an excellent clear way which to me, proves without a shadow of a doubt letby is a vile murder. But then we leave it to 12 random people who have been taking so much time off that at the end of it, they can’t even recall the basic agreed facts of the case. They obviously haven’t been able to cope with being part of this case or been comfortable with making decisions, they’ve tried to get out of being on the jury by phoning in sick constantly (I’ve suspected those jurors have been trying to get a mistrial announced by doing so & when that’s failed just took so much time off instead) So no way after not being totally dedicated will they vote guilty. Not good enough on any level. All feels like a massive failure. Should be judge only decision in such complex cases.
Sorry but I totally disagree. It's not gone on long at all given how long the trial has been, how many charges there are etc.

Also when you are called for jury service, if it's going to be a very long trial you can basically say no if you aren't up for it. I have faith that this jury are fully committed to this case. Yes there might be some disagreement within the 12 but that's literally how the system works. You essentially hash it out together (which often takes time). It's not perfect but I have faith in the system.

Every single person in the jury case I did took it seriously and worked together. We had a few argumentative people and a few people who were less bothered about the whole thing but everyone was in it for justice and the right reasons. We were a very good cross section of society too.

Having a hard night tonight with my thoughts. Nothing too dark but just made a choice a few years ago and needless to say I’m terrible for dwelling on the past. Need to remember I made it with all the information I had at that time.

I'm having the time of my life, my Sciatica has flared up so I'm tucked in bed and thanks to Alexa I'm winding my husband up. He's 2 floors down in the kitchen and I've been ordering asking him to bring me all sorts and 'accidentally' forgetting something important as soon as he gets back.

Then just now I sent an announcement, started talking normally and then stuttered my words as if its breaking up 😂😂😂 He's going ape shit hahaha.

Anyway we're having a bed buffet and watching Hijack. I didn't know Max Beesley was in it.....even my shrivelled up love palace has awoken a little at Idris and Max in my bedroom 😂

Hope you're all having a lovely weekend 😘
Awww … sorry you are feeling shit - I get it too and it’s bloody awful 💕
I have hardly commented recently as my dear old mum is really unwell ( she’s 5 stone now and refusing to eat ) so it been really stressful. Trying to keep up as much as I can with Letby with the energy I have and I’m sure she’s going down next week.
You mentioned in a thread days ago that you were putting your “ tutty “ on and it brought a tear to my eye as I have never heard ANYONE say that apart from my mum. Feel better soon and to everyone else on the thread having a tough time of it I send big love x

I have a question. If you were on the jury, would you discuss the case / deliberations with your partner? Or any other person close to you? No judgement, I’m just curious as I do often wonder if the jury have discussed it with anyone.

I don’t think I could talk about it before a verdict. Not because I wouldn’t trust my (imaginary) partner. But because I would have to live with knowing I discussed it before a verdict when I shouldn’t have done.

I’d probably discuss with my (imaginary) partner after the verdict though. I feel that’s easier to live with. And no risk of it collapsing a huge trial.
I couldn’t tell my missus anything if I was on the jury. She’s got loose lips…. she can’t keep a secret either 😜🤣

I actually knew someone who won the euromillions. it was a share with other joint winners so they won about £5m. She came into work on the Monday and just quit her job. She spoke to the directors and was gone by 11am. She told me she was giving a million each to both her adult kids. But I heard months later the partner/husband of her daughter ran off with most of the money. I think I’d be wiser about how I would gift such a huge amount because honestly I’d be heartbroken if I gave so much to my child and then it was just gone like that, even it wasn’t their fault.

I think Lucy's been pilfering paper out of the juror bundles. She'll have 13 copies of her holiday snaps with Dr Noname and the "I'm so isolated" Prosecco nights stuck to her cell walls with devil horns and blacked out teeth drawn on them.

That's all you can do - any of us can only go on what we have at the time. I read a quote somewhere which said something like "Life can only be understood backwards but must be lived forwards"... damn right, sadly.

I empathise as the more time goes on, the more obvious the choice you made/didn't make gets, and the more 'what if's. I beat myself up about bad choices and decisions years ago (and more recently) that have affected my life.. it's terrible dwelling on this kind of stuff, nothing can change, nothing good comes of it, but still we do it.

Hope you get a bit of peace of mind.
